KOI has one of the biggest fanbases in EMEA, Spanish people just don't use vlr. You won't find many TH or GX fans on here either
If they wanted fans in the arena they wouldn't have put it in Berlin and then not given slots to German teams. And even less put it on a weekday
It's not a ticket price issue. Fans have to travel to a different country on regular working day
Well I agree, but my original question was, what is Riot going to take as criteria to make that decision, and that is not really a criteria Riot could use imo.
My original point is, if they used the same criteria as when they assembled franchising, which is all clout and org size, no competitive performance because as you say that may vary, I would agree Gx are first to go
But it's been 4 years and Riot has a lot more criteria to choose from now. For example, arguments in favor of GX:
KOI (just an example insert random name) may have more fans, but maybe GX it's just a smoother business partner and that is something they didn't know 4 years ago which they may really value now. Or maybe they don't give a fuck about that and they just want more fans. My point in all of this being, unlike last time, this time we do not know which criteria Riot will use, at least not yet
Yes, I struggle to find any criteria where they are bottom 2 other than clout. Maybe in necessity because they overlap regions with the other 2 spanish orgs, but that's kind of the same criteria.
But they are not bottom 2 in a bunch of other criteria. They're not bottom 2 in competitive performance, they're not bottom 2 in investment, and they also tend put a lot of effort into their content videos/presentations etc and consistency with the content in general
Depends on what Riot uses as criteria, but if the criteria is what they used to choose teams the first time, it's probably GX yes
No, completely different situation to all of those orgs, their issues are different. GX issue is clout, 100T and C9 don't have that issue, EG's issue is money, GX doesn't have that issue
GX has found a thousand times more success than GE in franchising
They are a very historical org which has been around for a long time, they tend to have very loyal fans, but no, it's not many. Nowhere near the other 2 Spanish orgs
do not bet but just fyi, lamine is on an academy player deal, he ain't even making much
Rip man, ouch. Chinaware had been grinding for that since forever
Brother what, post kick off market has been the most fucking random thing ever
He's been an insane player but he never seems to fit in any team
Most of the sports I watch have Saudi Money involved, caring about this would be like being vegetarian but only on the weekends
I'd put it above Red Bull but that's about it
I'm still not sure that's happening but do you really think that is bad luck? Really? Don't you think there might be a reason?
Serial can very much flex, he's done so before, that's not an issue
But nats flex is an option yeah
Brother France is good, Mandatory did well.
If France isn’t good and you said East is not good either who the is good? Turkey and that’s it?
By that logic, they were 1 OT away from making it through over your best team Mandatory
I think his talent will be obvious pretty fast, just saying you may see some silly mistakes
I’m being for real, they strongly considered it during the off season and a big part of the tryouts were done with nats off sentinel
And honestly when I think about it, wanting to switch roles sounds like a reason that could have sparked the switch up. Because I honestly can’t think of many other reasons why they would change players now
I’m not saying they will, but if you think it’s not a possibility I just disagree
That was already tried during the off season as far as I know so I wouldn’t be surprised + IGLing on sentinel is never the best idea.
That being said idk, Serial can flex
Just a quick fyi. This is what I know, if I’m wrong anyone correct me
Serial is not the typical 18 year old talent, he is 21, but he is still raw. He comes from Chipi Chapas and those NFS were straight up improvising on officials, no server time whatsoever just a group of friends. HGE is his first professional org which means he’s only ever been on a professional environment for like 3 months.
What I’m trying to say is, don’t jump to his throat right away, he needs adapting. But that being said he is absolutely fucking insane, the firepower upgrade is crazy and the potential is through the roof
I haven't been keeping up as much lately but I'm like 95% sure they're not. ZachKappa went to Berlin for a couple days because sheydos had some matters to attend, it was just to scrim and sheydos is back. Unless I'm missing something, I'm pretty confident they're not
It's not a specific thing, it's just the feeling that besides Loud the other orgs are incompetent
Furia xD
Mibr has hit the nail for the first time but honestly if aspas didn't miraculously fall to them they'd be just as fucked up
2G I understand had it rough ascending, being smaller and with under 18 players but it's still confusing
And Loud has lost all their stars although they always manage to stay decent so props to them
Nah brother, I buy that excuse mid season but this rosters were a fucking mess from the beginning, that excuse doesn't apply during the off season
Brazil rosters are a fucking mess
Replays have nothing to do with observers, that's production
Bro can't play until 2027 xDDDDDD
But the rumor of Serial is true you can be happy, he is absolutely fucking insane. Not better than GSR, but better than everyone else on TL.A imo
Most obvious pick I’ve ever seen
rarga won't let us down
KOI is not making changes
I don't think not playing for 2 months has anything to do with Demon1 not playing like he used to
But yes, I don't think Leo will comeback at a decent level, not only for that reason but also because his condition seems very severe
Best prospect I've ever seen, and I've seen many
If they replace kicks with Sayonara it's actually over and the craziest superteam I've ever seen
I doubt it's real but the comm problem has always been there, but he improved as far as I know
