Heretics fanbase is insanely big, as one of it’s owners TheGrefg holds the twitch viewers record (2,3M) with Fn. Most of them are kids but kids grow up. That attracts many people. Of course that’s not only Spain, we have to count LATAM which represent at least half of the numbers (Not completely sure about that). That’s why when Heretics and G2 play is when we reach our peaks of viewers 30/40k in important matches. Also our casters (top 3 in the world for sure) help a lot

I don’t agree with your point. First of all the game has evolved since Iceland and probably the best op right now wasn’t the best when Iceland happened. Also qualifing not only depends on you, your team is very important, Wardell and cNed hard carry’s their teams many times and still not qualify. And finally Eu had single elimination bracket, Tenz wouldn’t have made it to Berlin with that system either
