About the Rhyme and ec1s, I haven’t said they are bad, I said not that good especially ec1s. Yes, Rhyme is not a bad player
The last tournament Rhyme has played was the Red Bull where he did play Raze so I don’t know what you are talking about. He also plays Sova/Skye/Kayo/Viper basically the almost the same agents as Lowel. ec1s fits with the smokes but you don’t need an IGL and there are better smokes available, for example brave.

The thing is that Lowel is and IGL too, so idk know who would IGL but having lowel option I don’t get why you would get ec1s, while there are better available smokers. The other option would have been to get rid of Lowel but it seems like is not gonna happen.
And about G2, I agree, or either mix is very confident that he can IGL better now because he is in an easier role to do so than before, or they should reject Pipson’s offer. Paura wouldn’t be an option as an IGL tho, he has said he can’t do it in English, I think Davidp is a better option, but I really hope they leave Giants alone.

As this is a Spanish leak I'll translate for the fellow vlr community.
According to Lembo who works for Giants not only as a content creator, G2 has done an offer for Pipson to be their coach and is the only option they want to consider for the moment as a coach. The problem comes when Pipson answer is yes, but only if hoody and Meddo come with him, they are still in negotiations right now. I honestly don't know what would be the final deal but as a G2 I would be satisfied even that is not the game changing pick up it could be.
Heretics was planning to buy the spot but they lost an auction against the new team of the Spanish influencer Ibai and Pique the soccer player, so they switched the budget to Valorant and started the tryouts. The problem comes when another spot on the league gets available and they decide to buy it, taking away most of the budget for Valorant. So, they started with big names like NBK but had to go back to smaller things. Mertz seems pretty confirmed as a Jett, people say he is really cracked. Russz pracced a few days, but the ones that have been in tryouts for longer (about two weeks) are Rhyme and ec1s. This makes absolutely 0 sense to me because first of all they are not that great pickups, especially ec1s IMO, but most importantly they don't really fit with the roles. Rhyme directly overlaps with Alorante, unless he sticks just to Sova but then, who would play Sentinel?
