About Bromas, he has performed really good in the Spanish scene and he is not bad, but he joined the org a week ago as Analyst, this looks like a patch to cover the qual more than a definitive pick up for whatever reason they have decided to drop Foxie. I don’t know if Bromas can IGL, pretty sure he could but he wasn’t IGL in his last team.

About Noel the coach, he has been the second coach since the start of Heretics when they won First Strike if I’m not mistaken, and people talk good about him, so he is definitely not the problem

I think this roster is more a path due whatever happened with Foxie, it doesn’t make sense to just drop him if they didn’t have a immediate replacement so something must have happened with the player. Not sure about how Tenzski will perform either, we’ll just have to wait
