No, VRL finals compete for money, honor and exposition to get signed for tier 1. Still closed circuits in tier 2 where you can accede from open tier 3 tourneys are really really good. They give orgs stability and makes investment secure, also this is not like Lol, here every 4 years if you’re a top org you get the chance of getting into franchising.

It’s also really really good for the players who have a secured job and place to compete in and proof themselves

And last thing, orgs are not just simply leaving Valorant, simply there aren’t any more tournaments until next year so it doesn’t make sense for orgs to pay their players 6 months where they are not gonna compete.
