Isn’t Head to head the tiebreaker for 2 way ties like most tournaments? And round difference only for 3 way ties? Or am I missing something?

They would need to beat BOOM first and still is not likely at all, and actually Bleed would be the target not PRX.
Being realistic what this means is that if GE closes this and then beat Boom PRX would be 1st and Bleed second
