He is not in the top 5/10 ACS leaderboard of barely any tournament. He is great but there's no way he is/was the best on the team, others are really cracked too

The problem is LATAM is divided into LATAM North and LATAM South, who have independent leagues so that would mean those leagues get a spot each. There's actually 4 leagues in Americas even tho LATAM leagues are probably gonna share slots
