Dimax Bisk and insider are LTR players in the Spanish league, basically they have been playing there for 2 splits which makes them count as Spanish

To a certain point you start feeling the players as your own. If Bisk joined KC tomorrow or purp0 joined KC tomorrow I would totally support them in different ways, Bisk would make me way more proud. I understand what you mean and to a certain degree is true, maybe 3 splits would be better, but still I do like the rule, brings a level of meritocracy, if we suck we suck.

Also this is Bisk and Insider 3rd year competing in Spain, they have gone through the whole thing. They dropped down to Spanish tier 3 and worked their way up to ascend which took 1 full year

There's a rule that allows players who have played 2 splits in the league to become regional players. All 3 of Dimax, Insider and Bisk have done so, so they count as Spanish now

He is also an IGL if I recall right, Idk if he or zeedy will take the role, but excited for the team. KPI/Case/UCAM are all gonna have very competitive rosters, there will be a great gap with the rest of the teams, so easy path to Ascension

They currently have 2 options actually.
Preferred option is signing Redgar, just a 1 for 1 with rhyme. Problem is he is also KC's priority. KC offers more money and has Engh, but Redgar believes Giants to be the more solid project. We'll see who convinces him

In case Giants doesn't get Redgar they believe there aren't any good IGL's left, therefore they will go for their option number 2, Nivera. Cloud would take the IGL role which is not that big of a deal because they kind of all call regardless. Pipson is not big into pure IGL's
