Chamber is not overrated but people tend to exaggerate just how impactful on the META he is, the pick rates sky rocketing especially in NA is mostly due to the fact most Jett Op players aren't quite able to flex into Raze or Neon, so chamber is their ticket to keeping a paycheck (plain and simple)
Before anyone says anything about Yay, Yay justifies playing chamber on most maps because he's YAY! Other NA players aren't yay.

I'm not sure how you can exactly decide on this cause the stats out there are not super duper detailed but Chamber is actually meh when it comes to his win rates (need to check the stat for mirrored and non mirrored comps)
And just off the top of my head I can see quite a few series where the team with chamber gets spanked while the chamber still has a solid ACS/ADR but whose to say they didn't lose because they lacked info to make a read or adapt to smth before it's too late (in case it's KJ or cypher making way for him). Or maybe they lost because they missed out on so many opportunities to have util that would synergise with other agents within the comp.

Now remember, Chamber can be broken, can suck or whatever for all I care... if you have an opinion on the matter, don't make it a reason to take digs at each other cause no one is winning here lads (just come back and read any thread where 2 or more people have two different opinions) CONVERSATION SHOULD NOT BE A MEXICAN STANDOFF ffs
