The reason these guys are all doing so good is because they are young and are very easily influenceable by a coach.
It's very easy for Gares to have impact as a coach as Asuna and Bang are still young. Will is still on the younger side as well as Derrek not having much pro gaming experience and Stellar still seems very eager to learn and improve.
These guys are almost the perfect matchup for SeanGares as it allows him to instill good habit into them while they learn and develop.
