They've made it very clear that they're not making changes solely based on the pro scene and they want every one who plays the game to be in considerations for their buffs and nerfs
He used to be one of the best Jetts in the world, its just that he hasn't played it in so long or as regularly as he used to. That and I don't think he's played it much since the nerfs so the timings in pro play is different.

I think whats happening is that DRX is very good at util coordination, but they seem to waste some util in the process, and Optic is able to easily break up some of their util as they're entrying.
Optic's timing isn't the best when it comes to util, but I feel their util gets far more impact when used
I think any of these three teams deserve to win
