And 2021 ACEND

posted 6 months ago

insane title

posted 6 months ago

AMER: Bren and Sideshow
EMEA: observer keybinds are funny + replays
APAC: stage design
CN: player walkouts, that shit is so fire

posted 6 months ago

realistically, I'd love for FNC to win champs and solidify themselves as one of the best teams in Valorant history

....however my heart is with KRU

oh yeah and I don't want SEN to win, they had their time to shine (+ I'm biased)

posted 6 months ago

if so they'd have to get top 2, and even then it's iffy because you have the elephant in the room of FNC 2 trophies to GENG 1

posted 6 months ago

gotcha, thanks for the correction

if you meant 2020-2021, I think more reasonable would be to say a year and a half, but otherwise you're right

posted 6 months ago

if they win champs I think they should be considered as better than 2023 FNC

posted 6 months ago

iirc he was often playing 2nd duelist in reykjavik like reyna to shazam's jett + cNed had a stronger year as a pure entry duelist, so arguably TenZ had only couple of months of duelist play

I might be wrong tho

posted 6 months ago

EMEA's FPX couldn't go because visa issuesd iirc so there was 15 teams, and FNC had 2 substitutes

posted 6 months ago

Linsanity
streets will never forget

posted 6 months ago

thank you, I usually suck at lists (it's my 1st imte)

posted 6 months ago

slight adjustments based on my gut and bias

  1. GENG
  2. FNC
  3. G2

  5. TH
  6. DRX
  7. VIT
  8. PRX
  9. KRU
  10. SEN
  11. FUT
  12. EDG
  13. FPX
  14. TLN
  15. TRACE
  16. BLG
posted 6 months ago

good idea
I loved them in Shanghai

posted 6 months ago

and how exactly is it "worthless"? this is arguably the most competetive champions event we have seen yet? surely you're not mad that NRG didn't make it...right?

posted 6 months ago

hardly "making history" when sen did it first (not a sen fan just an incosistency)

posted 6 months ago

self-report (this is a joke)

posted 6 months ago

Which flair should I start rocking for champs that won't make all my takes invalid?

posted 6 months ago

that's a fair point, however I'm willing to chuck this one up to circumstances outside of his control (GMB the org collapse, Russia attack on Ukraine), and even still M3C still had some level of dominance regionally and just missed out in LCQ GF, and I can't say the same for SEN.

again, both players are among some of the best in their regions (and itw) but in my opinion Chronicle is better (also I'm a little biased)

posted 6 months ago

HE IS TOO COLD

posted 6 months ago

but it's so funny

posted 6 months ago

marry FPX (cn bias)
fuck FUT (maybe try to add riens or wo0t, unlikely but one can dream)
kill TS, I don't think this roster can achieve anything as is

posted 6 months ago

it looks scary good on defense, conditioning opponents with the harbor wall mid is really strong early game.
I think they cooked

posted 6 months ago

minggg

posted 6 months ago

if you look at it through the scope of trophies and nothing else, then maybe

however, Sacy has a 1 year gap in his resume on a mediocre SEN team

Chronicle staying relevant for so long + always being near the top of the competition (even if only regionally) is more impressive

both players are insane but right now I'll take Chronicle over Sacy

posted 6 months ago

it looks really good so far
if it works, don't question it ig

posted 6 months ago

I think they cooked with this one, their defense seems immaculate

we will see come attack

posted 6 months ago

fucking true, we need more valorant enjoyers like us (but calling yourself enlightened is a lil too much)

posted 6 months ago

if you wanna talk "mickey mouse" (no tourney is mickey mouse imo) let's talk about 2021 Reykjavik (I am attacking you based on flair, am I doing this right?)

W username

aspas? not

  1. I don't think it's "respect", more so "not playing stupid"
  2. "Fun" is subjective, and seeing a team execute strats flawlessly and work like a well-oiled machine can and is fun too
posted 6 months ago

100%. or they could upset the top teams. you never know

posted 6 months ago

moreso last year, honestly it's them or LOUD with harbor/viper but an argument can be made for FNC as the most innovative

posted 6 months ago

thank you very much for the explenation.
now I will form my opinion based on information provided

clears throat
"aspiss baiter fraud stat padding player"

(this is a joke)

posted 6 months ago

I don't think a 13-0 will happen, the level of the competition SEEMS very close ans consistent across all regions.
It's still possible but unlikely

posted 6 months ago

Explain like I'm a dumbass (I am)

posted 6 months ago

I'm just saying what happened, I don't blame him either

posted 6 months ago

he tried to flank with a sheriff just now, ran into a trip, got 180 faultlined and owned with superior guns

posted 6 months ago

what.

posted 6 months ago

The more I watch KRU the more I fall in love with Valorant all over again (cringe ik)

posted 6 months ago

he is just the Lakia of Valorant. infinite aura

posted 6 months ago

I think I'm noticing a pattern here...

posted 6 months ago

this is highkey insane

posted 6 months ago

drop FPX down, swap Talon and FUT and the list is okay

posted 6 months ago

you right. EDG nobody WILL beat your team (this is bait)

posted 6 months ago

So essentially EG becomes M80 -neT +Derrek

My question - who is even igl'ing this team?

posted 6 months ago

I feel like it wasn't forgettable at all, I mean FPX almost beating GenG and Heretics alone makes it unforgettable for me. Sure they were boring games but it wasn't that forgettable either

posted 6 months ago

T1 and TS had worse records than GENG (2-4 and 3-3 with worse map/round diff respectively)

posted 7 months ago

I agree with your 100T vs FURIA take

However I'd argue that a bigger upset was C9 vs MIBR all the way back in Kickoff (but idk much about Americans since i don't watch it ofter) or G2 vs PRX in Shanghai

Then again I'm open to discuss this at a later date when it's not 4AM

posted 7 months ago

Wait until this guy hears about DFM vs ZETA

DFM vs T1 was an upset but not the biggest of the year
