2 Map veto isnt even that much of an advantage in a bo5, 5 maps will be played, you get to ban the lower bracket team best map and your worst map, but you would be able to ban their best map anyway if you didn't have the advantage, and if your best/worst map and the lower bracket team best/worst map overlaps then its useless too, also i can argue that playing more games on stage actually gives you an advantage, at Tokyo for instance Loud went straight to playoffs and then lost to EG and EDG both group stage teams that played matches on stage before, and Loud players said on the interview that they felt like they went to these matches "cold".

To make things fair the finals should be a bo5 and the team from the upper bracket starts 1-0, but instead they just get a veto advantage.

EUROPE =/= COUNTRY, if you can cheer for a team from your REGION why can't he cheer for EG? use your 2 braincells m8

Fnatic was expected to stomp Loud and they lost tho.

Bro was 0/11 until last round

I doubt it would be hard like you're implying, already saw event organizers way way smaller than Riot in csgo postponing matches because of tech problems, and if the crowd can't be there for safety reasons, players shouldnt be allowed to be there either.

posted about a year ago

Why, this doesnt feel like top 8 of champions, if crowd can't be there Riot should just postpone the matches.

posted about a year ago

Then postpone the match? why can the players be there but crowd cant

posted about a year ago

Best event ever
No crowd for playoffs

Bro just got outaimed multiple times while holding angles with the op

Idk, he is playing like a silver, like for instance last round he still had his 2 smokes, and he goes through brim smoke aiming at CT and dies to the EDG player playign at tower, while he could smoke tower b4 peeking.

posted about a year ago

Saadhack single handed lost Loud the last 3 rounds by dying while using skills and being outpositioned.

posted about a year ago

Oh yea, how many champions Russia won and how many Brazil won then?

posted about a year ago

They left the stage cus the match ended almost midnight and many ppl there relied on public transport to get home and some of them only work until midnight

posted about a year ago

You seem to forget that Loud was the team that sent them there.

posted about a year ago

Why wouldnt they be, how many times did EG beat Fnatic?

posted about a year ago

PRX was 1 round away from gettin 2-0d and their fans acting like they won the whole thing đź’€

posted about a year ago

Lol shutup, Fnatic got an easy group, compared to teams in group D

posted about a year ago

+1 i even forgot about that 1hp 5k, so many miracle rounds.

posted about a year ago

Bro the fact is that PRX was 1 round away from gettin 2-0d.

posted about a year ago

Copium, the fact is that Loud was 1 round away from 2-0in them and PRX came back with miracle rounds, like Davai gettin a 4k with spectre in a round where they forced or something gettin 3 kills with the judge + shorty when Loud had 12 rounds.

posted about a year ago

Just like Russians then.

posted about a year ago

So many miracle rounds from PRX, should have been a 2-0 for Loud

A Europa latina inclui principalmente a Itália, a França, Portugal, a Romênia e a Espanha."

Mas português é latino, Europa latina é composta por países que falam linguás derivadas do Latin (francês, italiano, português, espanhol).

If you think that China would have 3 teams at champions if they weren't given 3 spots and had to play the APAC qualifier then you're the one that is delusional.

posted about a year ago

Swap any chinese team with any team in the D group and they would be packing rn.

posted about a year ago

If Riot makes Loud face Fnatic i swear this shit is rigged, imagine DRX > Liquid > Na'vi > Fnatic.

posted about a year ago

Na'vi and Liquid were put in the death group tho, meanwhile chinese teams got easy groups and not a single one qualified yet.

Navi won a bunch of miracle rounds lil bro

posted about a year ago

What are you even saying lil bro, take your meds.

posted about a year ago

20iq take, by that logic give India 5 slots.

posted about a year ago

That makes no sense, they could get experience by playing APAC like the rest of Asian teams, ask teams from the other Asian countries if they think that its fair that China gets the same amount of slots as them.

posted about a year ago

If they are good and "clear teams" from other regions like you said then i'm sure that they can qualify through the Asian qualifier, btw as it stands right now not a single chinese team qualified, so 3 wasted spots.

posted about a year ago

China has almost twice as much players in the event than the second country with most players, and they arent even good, no way that's fair.

posted about a year ago

Tencent probably has something to do with it, makes no sense giving 3 spots to the most prestigious tournament of the year just because the game was recently released there, that's unfair as f with other regions that need to fight with teams from multiple countries for spots.

posted about a year ago

So i'm kinda new to Valorant, why does China gets 3 slots to champions? shouldn't Asia be a single region like EMEA and Americas, does it have anything to do with the fact that Riot is owned by a Chinese company?

The translator is there and they are answering in portuguese for the BR audience, for instance Aspas already gave a bunch of interviews in english but this time he answered the questions in portuguese.

posted about a year ago

They did have a reason to go, cus they like valorant, but they didn't have a reason to be one sided, here's a clip from the Rio Major finals that happened in CSGO https://clips.twitch.tv/MagnificentImportantAmazonGOWSkull-GaDdATcN-SnhG9eb no BR teams in the finals so the crowd was neutral, before that they were full one sided cus Furia was still in the event, that's how it works, you can't expect the crowd to not be biased when a home team is playing.
