I'm not sure but I think they are not.

If DRX lose, they go 7-3.

If GEN (currently 6-3) win their match against TS (and will go 7-3), they will be tied with DRX but will secure Seed 2 since they have defeated DRX on Stage 1.

Even if TS and TLN win (currently 6-3), they will not secure Seed 2 since they lost against DRX earlier.

EDIT: I just got confused on their match result. DRX defeats GEN on their regular season match. Therefore, GEN is also ineligible to be on Seed 2. So yeah. DRX secured to seed 2. Congrats
