Yeah they are very indecisive. Although we do need to be aware that they only got together start of split 2 (apparently 2-3 months ago). DSG heavily relied on picks and aim to win games and it shows. All they did at the end of split 1 was sign good players and did not think about the roles, comps which I think if they had better roles then they would have gone further.

I refuse to believe in scrims and pracs that they JUST ran double duelist every map. I understand Vera and Juicy are mains in duelist but something had to give in terms of comps. I don't believe either players would have curled their nose at the thought of changing roles for the good of the team. But maybe they did.

They need a better comp. Not double duelist. I know this team was only formed a couple of months ago but it really does seem like they are winning with pure aim. Also got banned from Toasts channel cause I said “DSG going to throw” when up 12-11, “called it” and then “please change comps”. Soft as mods.

That may be the case but Cryo was only really impactful during OP rounds. The round he got an ace on was towards end of bind and had Tour de Force. thieves really only started winning with OP in hand by Cryo

Agree. Although Cryo as good as he was, was only good with an OP in hand. I think Bang has potential to be a good IGL.

Winning has all the right recipes to look as if it is a toxic environment, it seems as if it is toxic but it may just be high pressure and high demand. Toxic is subjective to the people involved, some parties will not think it is toxic and some would. Question is where do you draw the line of toxic and being in a super competitive environment?

Maybe the top players pushing their team to win is also toxic then... there are always aspects to pushing a player when winning

Probably is the smarter move. Sykko wanted Dephh but Dephh IGL has been shocking and slow. Fairness, it's not all on him because the players are not performing as well. TenZ has been injured and dealing with personal stuff. Pan and Sacy are cooking at times and Zekken is very consistent.

I think it is as much as the players as the coach. Although having Depphhh as IGL seemed like a bad idea even in the first place. Would be interesting to see if Depphh does leave too (hopefully) and see who the new IGL will be.

You are saying Toast is getting clout from doing this? So what? The whole stream team and coach got into it knowing what it will do to their brand. Toast himself has said that he wants to make streaming a possibility for everyone and anyone. You know how much recognition Ruin and Ttupperware has gotten recently? It's also for their careers as content creators and streamers.

Whether if you like how the business is dealt with or not, it still brought attention to the scene 1 fan at a time. The more viewers GC gets, means more money, more money means more opportunities, more opportunities means a bigger scene.

Irene might be good but has such a bad attitude. There was probably 80k+ viewers for GC and that’s MASSIVE. Of course most of them were watching DSG but that’s still eyes on the scene. Now everyone wants to see Irene lose so that’s a bonus. Watching EG v DSG was actually fun
