"He won 2 master events and qualified for all big tournaments. He made the most money this season. You cant look at acs for sentinel players...."
Feel like we need more in depth stats for pro valorant to make such a list, otherwise you will get people looking at trophy's to justify putting Zombs in the top 20
All these teams with anime profiles and then there is monkeys team BOOBA
How high were these buy outs if V1 and XSET are able to buy them? Don't think those 2 are super rich orgs in NA
Heard 100T still need a fifth, you down?
GenG igl not unkown, it was NaturE but they switched it back to Koosta before LCQ
Idk, but if you were looking to try and bring over Brehze then I feel like you are looking in a different category then BabyJ
100T compete internationally, they probably think they can get better than BabyJ
A lot of them have holiday. But generally they feel like the level of competition just isn't that good or better then their scrims/practise. And looking at the teams this tourney, they're not wrong
Its the fortnite thumbnail editors that have transferred to valorant. Like Asuna, Subroza (until last month) youtube it looks so bad with those colours
Probably cheaper to wait for franchising with this team then to invest a lot right now
for viewers and players it will be good, its more matches against better teams = higher level of competition. Better than a bracket match against some immortal 3 and his friends.
It's just kinda strange their doesn't seem to be 1 RIOT ruling for all these leagues. Its like they can all decide on their own who they invite, how many token-nationalities have to be in the team, how many teams can participate. Riot should've made all these things clear before the transfer period started so teams wouldn't be in trouble
Yes Mwzera is a good deal for everyone involved. It's the effect that international tourneys have on these smaller regions. Especially with that Champions community pool. I expected it would work for X10 to keep Patiphan as well but sadge
You cant keep comparing every buy out with TenZ. He was not just a pro player also already a big streamer, which is the real money maker. Has the buy out for Yay been leaked? Because thats much more interesting to compare it with, surely his transfer doesn't come close to a million.
You could be a VLR korea reporter. Good posts every time
Imagine caring about a bunch of CSGO fans if you're a pro. Just pick what's best for you competitively and money wise
V1 bout to be demon team. Zander, Wippie, Penny all in NA rank top 10 right now
*cryo & zander
Competition in CS is better sure, but not with EG. Felt like this would be the right moment to switch for him
He will stay. But why would you pick EG over 100T val. The money, the (international) competition are all better at 100T. Only reason not to go is the love of the game at this point
That second tweet lol. Yea, thats how it works everywhere. In real sports, in celeb news and in esports
gMd smokes, Shawn skye/second duelist, Nature jett, Koosta viper/sova, Rhyme flexible sentinel/sova/viper would be my guess. Hoped for a jett specialist
Koosta back sentinel would be nice, especially now since chamber is an OP agent. But I thought mCe said he didn't like that role
Obvious replacement, good choice. Looks like NIP boys getting some nice moves
it be your own people
Exactly, he has the most leverage on a deal he has ever had right now, would be stupid not to explore his options
It shows individual skills, you're not in high immortal consistently if you cant aim or don't know the game. They shouldn't lose against a random 5 man
The pros are not scrimming in ranked no, but they still show their skills and perform good consistently. So do the C9W players. Never said they all were radiant
Maybe, but they play tournaments every week. They have a lot of performing experience
But they are all high immortal/radiant, and perform well in ranked matches against good pros. So thats not a real excuse.
lol
Paid team losing to 5 randos, how? C9 scrims, they're all talented and radiant. Why do they struggle so much when its not a Gamchangers tournament
LATAM lost in the LCQ with Brazil, so what's the point giving them more slots. They just don't have enough teams to be competitive
The players perspective isnt the issue
Thats what I've been saying from the beginning..
Teal Seam already plays every tier 2 tourney and participate in VCT. So by signing to an academy team they get the VCT removed even, so less options for the players
Still, getting money better then not getting it. So right now academy teams are just hoarding players and making it harder for other teams to pick up replacements and so making them more reluctant to let players go without asking big buy out
Whats the actual point of these academy teams? Promoting players is so rare. But good for them, get paid to play
MIBR coming for everyones throat
Its region based. Fnatic have Boaster, Mistic, Derke from same Northern Europe region. Same with Liquid. Acend is depending on where they put Ukraine, my guess is East Europe so Zeek, Kiles, Starxo.
Seems like most will be fine. Only G2, Vitality & Alliance don't have 3 players from 1 region. Especially G2 have 4 from 4 different regions, others have 2 from 1 so they just need to sign someone or move someone to the country
Good news for viewership that Ibai will be involved in Valorant
