Why dont they relaese it with a statement with the actual reason. Is it because their parent company has money issues, valorant not profitable enough, no invite to 2023 leagues? That last one doesnt really seem like the reason if youre still interested in joining later on
winning RANKED matches, who cares. They get paid to perform in officials and get judged on officials compared to other pro’s. Not against random onliners
They should have more regional leagues like LOL or VRL, and the top qualify for those 3 continent leagues and then the best play masters

What do the hours for pro’s actually look like? Do they have a full time 40h contract like a normal job. Or is it like football where they have 40h contractually but only train like 5h a day and play matches

Havent they basically died already? Those were only possible in the first months when orgs still were looking to pickup teams. You don't even see full f/a 5 stacks getting picked up now. You can point to The Guard maybe, but they have a super rich backing
