well that was an investigation by a gaming company and more to my point does it say that he is guilty? no right? It says he didn't cooperate in one aspect which was providing the actual clip. Thus it is only speculation that he did or didn't do it. Also no judicial investigation said that he is guilty and if riot actually believed he was guilty they would have perma-banned him and sentinels would have kicked him off their roster.
