bro probably thinks winning the FA Community Shield means they auto win the FA Cup, EPL, and Champions League lmao
yeah, that's what i'm most worried about. they may be on tilt watch after that unfortunately
this is obviously speculation, but considering the NRG core has already gone to an international LAN before, they might have the confidence diff needed. c9 is great but i'd imagine there's a loooooot of pressure on jakee/runi to perform and idk how they'll handle it. either way, i hope this match is a banger
I've come to accept that I'm the clown, I'm there to make others laugh, to ask how your day is going, but nobody will ask how mine is. I'm strangely okay with this. If i can make someone else feel better, it makes me feel better. I don't want anyone to feel the way i do. I wouldn't wish this apon my worst enemy, the empty feeling. The fact that at the end of the day. I don't have someone to lay my head next to. I've had a rough life, I've watched to many people leave, change, move on from me. It hurts to have gone through so much betrayal. But that's how i know how to cheer them up. I can't cry. i can't show any faultering or weakness because the second i show how i feel, i no longer become the clown, i become just another person.
practice practice practice! also, there are websites that have entire lists of commonly-asked interview questions based on profession. as long as you have SOMETHING to work with for those common questions you should be more than fine.
also, even if they ask a question you may not have expected, you can redirect the conversation to something you are familiar with. this is a little trick i use pretty often and it usually works!
stick with the ASE flair, i'm rooting for them to not get grouped just because they have a sick ass logo
Demon1 said on stream that he received death threats from NRG fans after the game yesterday
ya no soy fan de lev sino fan de kingg :(
they need a coach that enforces disciplined play like sgares did, or what the DRX coaches are doing. this "freeform" style mikes is using clearly didn't work
it's the middle of a workday, even if someone wanted to attend they probably can't
there's an art of subtlety to a bait post, and you don't have it
i never said winning ascension, i said making ascension. i know they'll get crushed
i don't think keznit could magically fix a stale playbook all on his own unfortunately
sent to tier 2 sadly (All Knights). has a chance of making ascension though
even though 9z lost the last series they still just need to win this one to qualify for ascension right?
if i were to guess, ayrin's their sixth now + could provide IGL coaching for whoever is going to IGL on the main team (which i assume is marved). if this is the case then very positive move for SEN
that being said it's probably still bait, but i wonder if SEN would try an emergency transfer since sick still can't play
edit: yes im a stupid NAer that didn't realize this was bait immediately. in my defense, i don't use twitter
likely, but also as far as i'm aware optic was like... in some really shady shit regarding finances, which could've contributed a lot too
i LOVE playing smokes, especially if the randos on my team instalock other roles. makes me not feel as bad if i'm having an off day in aim because i'm not expected to frag out as controller. instead i'm just expected to smoke where needed and do my job.
it's slightly tilting if said instalockers don't perform, but that's just par for the course in this game. if my duelists aren't performing i at least try to bait them to get a favorable trade. if they're fragging tf out and carrying me then i'm all for it
nah, 100T just needs a new coach. when sgares was running the show they looked like the strongest team in NA
honestly i think KRU also just needs a better coach? they have the firepower and have been shown to hold their own, they just couldn't close out a series when it mattered
that's just unfortunately how the sport is sometimes. i remember saka getting loads of racist shit thrown at him after the euro final when he missed that penalty. i'm glad it's being pointed out now but it's always been like this :/
after going 0-5? those strats they're "saving" better be the greatest thing ever cooked
it better just be bait. the only change they really need atm is the 6th man. maaaaaybe coaching, too. but that should be looked at after LCQ, not right now.

my man
nah i disagree sadly. i wanted to love bvs but i checked out during the martha scene (you know which one). hopefully it gets remade in my lifetime and is actually good
reddit is just an echo chamber (not saying vlr isn't either, just that reddit is much more so)
i'm of the firm opinion that KRU just needed one piece of the puzzle to contend for playoffs. they might've been 0-9 but they fought hard in most of them. in a different world they'd be like 5-4
why is everyone hounding this guy for appreciating event organizers? he's right -- there are other games that could've really taken off as an esport but flopped immensely due to horrible organization (i mean, look at the Overwatch League now, like OP said. OW is now considered a casual game because its esports scene is almost completely dead). rito isn't a good company but at least we can appreciate them letting val grow into an actual esport that we can watch (assuming no future fuckups like how they almost did with franchising)
wasn't fns one of the first people branded with the famous "all brain no aim" label?
ah, i see liquid hasn't changed at all since i stopped playing cs like 5 years ago
i think after the FURIA game this is the roster they'll stick with through LCQ and whatever tourney they qualify for if any. my only concern is finding a sixth, because sick is obviously still not in a state to play
one thing some people haven't really considered yet is that CSGO is over a decade old, so the big tournaments like ESL, IEM, etc have had many years to get their stuff together. Riot has been able to make huge events as can be seen with LoL Worlds, so *hopefully* they can make something good for Valorant in some time, but I wouldn't expect that for at least a couple of years (and not until they improve the current franchising leagues)
yeah idk how the mwzera fans are still calling him the goat... i like the guy but zekken hard diffed him on raze this series
true, i forgot about that. if 100T loses i will be not surprised, but very, very disappointed
it's 100T, they can throw a 2-0 on any given day unfortunately
oh that's news to me. i mostly follow LATAM north and it seems to be doing playoffs for their one spot though? is this just another "organizers bad no consistency" moment?
edit: nevermind i see now. VLR was just confusing me in their formatting. sorry about that
really? i know they're out of contention for this set of playoffs but VLR says that the upcoming playoffs give circuit points and no ascension ticket, so i thought that it'd be like Americas where a team can qualify for the final qual on points despite playing poorly in the last split (ie g2)
my two go-tos, depending on how i'm feeling:
passionfruit green tea with lychee jelly
taro milk tea with boba
oops, that's on me. i thought infinity was still in, accidentally looked at split 1 since they were runner up in that playoff. either way my prediction is all the same :)
it was hard for me to pick between MxM and Guard tbh. what i'm worried about is MxM's form just being temporary and they come crashing out of playoffs. Guard's consistency could be what sees them through imo
Who do y'all think will make it to ascension at this moment now that Split 2 is over? Here are my guesses + a few words of reasoning
NA:
BR:
LATAM North:
LATAM South:
edits: removed Red Canids and INFINITY (they weren't ever my top choice but I had them as maybes, turns out they're both out entirely. mb)
clearly you've never been sprayed down by a w-keying p90 user
if GenG got their shit together after that abysmal second half of the season, i hope for a 2-1 banger that could go either way. otherwise, 2-0 T1
i still think the chamber meta was the most oppressive meta (at least with release chamber) by a good margin
purposely losing 2-1 four straight games to save strats kekw
inb4 they're sent home day 1
inb4 G2 still loses 2-1, ending their split 2 curse with a bang
