Heya! To be fair, my girlfriend asked me out so I'm not all too knowledgeable on this. However, if I had to provide some tips, I would suggest for you to:

1. Keep to one girl who you're truly interested in and invest as much time as possible into interacting with her, whether that is online or in person. (Only works if you are looking to commit to someone)
2. Play it slow. A lot of younger people I see nowadays really just put their feet on the pedal during relationships. Take it slow, don't get burnt out too soon.
3. Be yourself. Be authentic. Don't try to be someone you aren't, it'll never work out in the end.
