Oreo looked like he'd be another invy after he got signed, he was very impressive. Even if he's underperforming now compared to what he showed last year he isn't that bad to consider him as a nepo pick. tf are you on?

this what happens when you have no love for the sport you're watching, actually braindead
I disagree with putting Invy at duelist. Invy is definitely a fragger, but one thing you guys are forgetting is that he's way too good in support roles as well. Him leaving supportive roles for a fragging role will leave a big shoe for someone to fill. I doubt the rest are as good as him when it comes to using the right utility to set their duelists. You're essentially trading that off, which isn't a small loss considering he's already putting up numbers in a supportive role. If you want him to have more opportunity to frag, one thing I can agree with Frost, is to put him at the sentinel.
Though since it's their last match, I definitely would love to see him at a duelist role, at least to make it more exciting.
He did. I still support the players and the team, but fuck this org.
HC: Meow - I don't know if they need to change their coach when they already just did + I like what he cooked in pearl.
AC: Jessie - You can say whatever you want with this guy, he might be falling off as a player but I'd still say he still has a good head ontop of him, a lot of people vouched that he does a lot for the team, his job doesn't stop with the IGLing duties + We all know TS coaching booth needs a boost, they're relying way too much for one coach to all this stuff.
IGL/Ini:
Xavi - He is NAOS's IGL, you can argue he's not as experienced compared to Jessie, but nonetheless he has experience from T2 PH scene. I think it's nigh time TS gives someone else a chance to lead this team, and it's not like he'd be alone, with smart players like Invy (and the others I listed here) the team would be in the right hands
Invy - If you watch their comm vids, he does call and with what we've seen before we know that he's pretty smart and has a good read of the game.
Flex:
Invy - Doesn't need any justification for this tbh.
Senti:
Jremy - He's still pretty good, but as the duelist he tends to get overwhelmed, and it's not like he's new to this role, he'd shown before that he can play the lurks and even anchor sites.
Secre - Honestly think he's TS.A best player + Xavi vouched for this guy.
Duelist:
Jremy - Still good, just need a bit of help, or atleast some of his work to be lifted from his shoulders. Honestly the problem with TS now is that Jremy needs to do so much work for their execs to work. He needs to entry, take the space, and on top of that needs an entry kill and even with all that work the round isn't guaranteed. He's good and all but sometimes because of that he tends to rush his decisions a lot. He's rarely patient with his timings.
This is honestly why I think TS would benefit from a double duelist. Have someone else take the entry duty on attack and have Jremy focus on fragging and getting the trades. Then on defense put him out of the OP duty, he's just not flexible when it comes to OPing, give that to the secondary duelist. This is why I liked what they did on pearl, they had a chamber for that OP duty (say whatever you think of Oreo and even his early blunders on that pearl, but at the end of the day he did good on chamber and as their OPer) instead of Jremy, all he needed to do is to focus on the trades and it worked wonders for them.
Other than that, I have no idea, but maybe.. ?
JA - Like I said, TS problem is that they're putting too much work on their duelist, add to that, that Jremy easily gets overwhelmed, JA on the other hand? I think he'd know not to be under pressure. He's very calm, and smart. He'd shown that he can play duelist before so going back to the role wouldn't hurt.
I mean GE had a lot of players that did great in their roster which they still let go. There's a chance for Papi to be free next season if GE doesn't do well this season. (Which is miniscule, but hey, there's a chance.)
It'd be funny if NDG is actually playing with the academy against the main roster ๐
I feel like they would have played a lot more but probably rejected a lot of those invites in favor of that cancelled off//season in SG, fanzael I believe?
me when I spread misinformation
It's all speculations bro. No one literally knows what's happening with that team, they've been secretive about their moves for who knows how long. No pun intended.
Those speculations started here btw. From this post I just know one of OwlDroneMedia's sources is definitely vlr lmao.
Though I'm a talon resident hater, I can't wholeheartedly agree with this, especially when Jitboys is one of those "4 old hags", at least jitboys is carrying his own weight, always has been. I do agree about the other 3 though, their performance can't justify why they can't go fullt thai when there are thai talents that are so much better than ban and gov, and maybe even crws, well I guess at least crws has his calling to bring to the table.
Not really, you just moved in so you're probably just noticing a lot of tendencies and player behaviors and blowing it out of proportion, but once you get used to all those noise you'd actually notice that it's a minority. Most would literally just chill and play the game, hell they won't even comm. Though I'd admit the experience is much worse from platinum up lmao.
Jremy is mechanically insane, he's exciting to watch as well especially with his crazy flicks and spray transfers. The problem lies with him shitting the bed at high pressure games, it's a mental problem. I think this year is his last chance to go over that obstacle. If he does he's easily top 5 duelist in APAC.
2) Is more likely. I don't see them throwing out everything they've done for the past months down the drain simply because of a one time thing.
The source is I made it up
You're right in the money, he did basically pull it up from the nooks and crannies of his ass. No wonder his takes have been shit lately lmao.
isn't ejay and 2ge always rank queuing with the other members of team secret
So you're basically saying, 2ge queuing with other TS members = 2ge closer to vash = so they pick 2ge > papi ๐
Make it make sense bro, Jremy used to queue with Giansanity aswell when he was in trials, what happened? They chose NDG > giansanity
The reason they didn't take Papi over 2GE was at that time NAOS has a shot in ascension, and there's no way in hell they're going to let him go (Jun3vile himself said Papi's buyout is huge). This was mid season as well, no way in hell as a business you would spend a lot of the budget for something that isn't guaranteed, if this was before the season TS would probably be more willing to do so. How about now? Too late for that, + I'm 100% sure that mid season overhaul was meant for the next season not Split 2 '24.
2ge is closer to vash
would love to see the source of this
I was about to say that you're not but then I saw your pickem ๐ tbf out pick ems are way too close
Bro I get the ace looked real fucking good. I was actually impressed how clean it looked, but come on, some of those shots were nothing but a stroke of luck, hard to reproduce. Even Daryeon looked fucking surprised with that ace.
Rob deserved to get shat on like this ngl
It wasn't just a T2 team, it's a Thai T2 team. If a T2 from their scene (MITH) can beat their T1 representative (TLN) you can make an argument that these T2 talents deserve the spot more to be in the T1 team, at least they do compared to the imports. What's the reason for having imports when they can go full Thai and have an arguably better team?
they won't survive the reevaluation in 2027 lmao
welp I though you meant NRG losing against teams they have no business of losing.
That would be the case if MITH isn't actually a good team, not saying Lofi is bad just saying for what I've seen MITH can carry their own weight and they do actually look good.
They guide others to treasure they can not posses.
nah it was real

Tbf, GE is technically another "ascended" team. The whole roster came from T2. The only players who had an experience in that team is Krystal (reached GF ascension twice) and maybe even Papichulo (used to compete internationally in CS, which is a very different game). Sure they should have won it, but it's not surprising they lost.
you called it, doesn't disappoint lmao.
I feel like the way they're gonna approach this is a rookie training grounds tbh + would this proven T2 players agree to play in a team that can't even ascend?
Mate, it being a b01 with only 2 teams participating should have been a dead give away that this is what's it going to be lmao.
At least make it entertaining for audience?! no?
I watched it and I had fun tbf.
Regardless of the result, we'll get a lot of cope, wash allegations, and crazy over reactions from the fans over a showmatch lmao.
or maybe... they're borrowing accounts considering China is considered a separate region from APAC, if they want to play using their main they'd need to migrate it to APAC, and that takes 90 days to revert back.
Xipto stepped up when it mattered. Xipto is what TS wants to be as a Filipino team ๐ญ
Honestly, given their recent performances I knew ZETA was going to win this match up, I was surprised by how many people actually preferred FLC over ZETA, the betting odds was even 4x difference, that's easy money, I actually wanted to bet but didn't have the means to do so ๐ข
TS absent in OFF//SEASON but also in scrims lmao
Deryeon is definitely good, but I couldn't justify picking him over any other duelist in T1 APAC rn. About Crazyguy, I'd argue he'd fall behind T2 as well. Dude's mid at IGLing and mid at his role, not to mention, he's unprofessional as hell. Sscary tho, definitely deserves a spot in T1, but a lot of factors to probably make it happen, surely there are other teams who wanted him in T1 considering he's arguably one of the best, if not the best controller in SEA.
crazy, no way that guy deserves a spot anywhere at all with all the bullshit he's done last season.
bro, that guy wasn't even a GE fan before they signed all 3 Filipino players... He's the typical clickbait vlr user, if you want to keep ur sanity just ignore the motherfucker.
the Jremy slander is insane. Sure he did look a bit shaky by the end of Split 2 (specially when using OP), but it's rare to see him like that, when he's calm he's insane, have you not seen his crazy transfers? when he does crazy shit he doesn't even seem to be sweating, it's light work for him lmao.
everyone gets too much hate in vlr, really no need to overthink about it lmao
