Comparing it to Viper wall, Phoenix one is very short. I'd make the distance larger, and maybe some sort of burn efect when crossing it (10-30 damage) would be cool too. That would make it more viable, because now it's use is very limited (almost always you use it to combine with a flash).

You have a point there too. But then the lower is less exciting, and the matches are kinda divided because each match turns into something more relevant. You have to stay within the screen during the whole playoffs bc if you miss a match then you miss how a team was eliminated and stuff. I don't know i you are understanding my point.
My dude, a playoff bracket of a tournament of such caliber should not be double elim. You are kinda erasing all the tension that is suposed to stack on the playoffs. At least that is my POV and how Riot currently makes all their tournaments (Worlds works exactly the same).
Double elim works on qualification matches in order to ensure the best people qualify. But when the road is top decide a Top1, there is no such need, the team that makes it deserves it.
I would actually love to see mixed teams. In the future, i see some women going to the main circuit and actually doing great. Conir and JinNy are two examples of that.
That's a win-win in my books.
