The equal grounds and "issue" you talk about is an ideal scenario where every team for every match play on a 0 ping LAN server . How do you expect riot or any1 else to fix this issue and how they gonna do that unless ofc they set up LANs for every single game. The lowest ping an Indian can get to SG is in 30's . No matter how many problems you talk about your country if that low ping is possible then you js hv to move there . If its a problem for you then whose fault is that exactly ?
