Shaz said in his stream a few hours ago that gambit destroyed everyone in scrims including them multiple times which is why he thought they would wipe the floor with 100thieves, but on lan they played a more scared playstyle. Like tenz said on kyedae's stream they weren't playing to win but to not lose because the stakes are so high, it's probably the nerves and lack of playing under pressure/ on lan that got to them.
