The usual COI rules don't apply to the GC teams, Riot made that decision to facilitate more teams investing into the GC circuit because there would actually be upwards trajectory for the projects which wasn't possible before.
Both teams will play but we will just have to hope that there isn't a situation where both teams can go to playoffs only if say the male roster happens to lose their head to head but only one would go through otherwise. If that's the case is love to see how they would go about fixing that.
FNS such a team player, being completely geriatric the whole game so nobody looks at Ethans scoreline.
A true leader takes the blame
He could have the world if he wanted but he's happy with FNS :'(
Top 10? Calm down.
But it's good to see she can hold her own and prove she's deserving of a spot in t1.
Because they can't win a duel themselves so they play for the win condition.
God forbid you use utility in a team game
Firepower wise yeah but Reduxx hasn't doesn't have much experience in anything other than Duelist. Obviously not booting Zekken off the Duelist role so it'll be a long road if they want to mold him into another role. They'll have 3 duelists on the team if Zellsis goes lol
Wdym, Tarik promotion to main team is imminent
You're watching Valorant, the most uwu of the FPS games. Get a grip.
sym was probably the most up and down of all the players so trying out a new dualist wasn't the worst decision, but losing aproto gotta be the worst possible outcome of those roster changes.
Yeah cause they let the Gold player make the roster moves. He's just a face and a wallet, they'd laugh in his face if he tried to tell the coach, players and GM how to run the team.
I get you should get an advantage from making finals from the upper bracket but having to play less games should be enough imo. GENG probably would've won either way cause the form they're showing is crazy rn but you shouldn't get to pick every map played in the bo5.
He's a professional vibe harsher. I couldn't imagine playing with him complaining even when you win
Wouldve been fair if Yay wasn't in the perfect position for first contact
I can understand why people wouldn’t love him if they’re unfamiliar with him or don’t care but to actively hate him and wish upon his downfall is insane. The man is one of the kindest streamers out there which I know the bar for streamers is pretty low but come on.
No, roster moves aren’t up to the CEO of the company. Things that effect the game are usually talked about with everyone in the team but ultimately the IGL or coach in this case would likely have the final say.
Basically they don’t leave game decisions to a streamer queuing plat lobbies.
tbf, 4 of them have been M80 and TSM but the other ones are inexcusable
Bro couldn’t get kills against t2 players last week, this is a major improvement
I don’t know for certain but when Exalt was announced as the 5th man he emphasised he was playing this week.
Tbf they were 2nd in their group for split 1 and took wins over the likes of OXG, FaZe, TSM and now G2. Also their match against m80 was very close and could have gone either way.
Obviously not favourites against guard or m80 but have a decent chance at taking them down
Do we know if it’s a roster change or is he just not playing this week?
at least one of the DSG picks are looking good right off the bat
Nah people have been calling him out for ages, obviously the yay signing will draw more attention to him but he’s been getting his fair share of hate already
There’s not feeling it and then there whatever the hell this guy is doing. Full on trolling this map
I guarrantee if you put most of those players on an agent like a KJ they would have to learn a lot of new things too.
Exactly, Valorant is a relatively big game considering there are many maps and agents to chose from. Each map has their own quirks for each agents so people shouldn't be suprised if someone is only just learning something for the first time.
I've been playing for at least a year and a half if not 2 and there are still plenty of agents I haven't played enough of to know all the intricacies.
? Even if the streamer team doesn’t get out of open qualifiers, there will be another GC team that takes on the mantle from them and starts winning against good teams. DSG doesn’t have to be that team, it’s more than enough for them to bring eyes to the scene.
He definitely doesn't expect to win it all but even so it's got to hurt to see your team funded by your own money lose to the top teams every week. But it is what it is being the bottom seed, you're bound to play the best teams
it is what it is, its unfortunate but if they wanted to qualify to the next stage they need to be able to beat them at some point. If anything this is good practice playing against the top teams. But yeah it obviously sucks getting rolled game after game.
They've beaten every team they were expected to. They've lost to m80 twice, the guard once and tsm once (so far) these are all better teams that should be beating them.
There's nothing stopping kids from playing Faceit rn, almost half the games I get put into have someone that can't be more than 12. But the bright side is at least when you get put on a team with kids they're at least on a similar skill level. Like Global in CS has such a high skill disparity between the bottom and top globals so games are usually always 16-0s or something, thats the main reason I play Faceit because the games are closer and faceit level 6-7 is probably the average skill of a global elite so there's many more ranks to seperate skill.
Imo if Valve simply improves there elo system and maybe gives you an option to see where you place on a leaderboard that would be good enough to convert many faceit players, pros would obviously still use pro league but yk
They had to take the game and completely rebuild it on a new engine. The game now no longer runs on spaghetti code and all the developers know the language the game is in well. They can now fix things much quicker without worrying something else will break if they tweak the code (according to casters who tested the game a while back, the devs were able to change the character model movement overnight based on some of the feedback they gave). All cs players really asked for was 128 tick servers, a better anti cheat and for a smoother performance which they’ve done.
Keep in mind it’s still the beta, I’m sure now the game is running off newer tech they will be increasing the amount of updates the game gets.
I’m more of a CS guy than Val so use HLTV a little more and I’ve got to say, if you are a decent guy but have a Russian flag next to your name then good luck trying to have an opinion on anything without someone bringing up politics and immediately disregarding your opinion. It can be ruthless on HLTV
That’s why they’ve finally updated it. They knew their mm sucked and everyone played Faceit so they had to do something about the spaghetti code of Source 1 and make a new anti cheat
2-1 could go either way. Last map goes double OT.
I get that giving keys to people like Tarik and Shroud are great for getting eyes on the game, especially valorant eyes but it’s a crime to give them a key before people like war owl or voo - who have spent years making innovative cs content - or streamers like Ohne who is the face of csgo streamers
Semi doable streamer hopium
Edit: wrong link https://www.vlr.gg/pickem/51e20dbe
Ah okay thx, so it’s only the circuit points that depend on the other group.
Are DSG qualified already? Is it top 4 each group that qualify or is it top 8 out of everyone?
If they lose this game then there is no chance they beat FaZe, and they can't advance going 1-4 with Shopify winning
Who are the real paycheck stealers, a streamer supported mix or a team playing for an established org who are struggling to beat them.
More like OCEAN. The team owner isn’t the one who makes these kind of decision. Very surprised he was cut though, it’s not like he was playing that badly so it must be issues within the team ig
