Hello guys!! I posted a thread yesterday about my account being banned for apparently cheating and wanted to give you all an update!

Valorant Support looked into my account and saw that someone had actually hacked my account and cheated on it, so they've gone ahead and unbanned me. I've also added 2FA to my account now to stop this from happening again. Looking forward to start playing again.

If you guys haven't done so already, please add 2FA to your accounts as well to stop things like this from happening to you!

I've not tried launching the game cuz I only have the Riot Client opened, but it won't let me install the game since im suspended

Possibly but I don't even have Vanguard installed, as I uninstalled it when I initially deleted the game. The only programs I really have running in the background is CCleaner, Avast Antivirus and Faceit...

Hey there guys. I've never used vlr.gg before however I have a very important question. I am normally a CSGO player, however I thought I'd give Valorant a shot for the first time since the beta. Anyway I installed the client and apparently my account has been permanently suspended "due to use of prohibited 3rd Party Software". I've never cheated in any game in my life, and I would never intend to do so because I hate cheaters. I basically just want to know if Riot are lenient with stuff like this, and do I have a chance at getting my account back and unbanned? Thanks :)

TLDR: I got banned for no reason, do I have a chance of getting unbanned?
