They perform when it doesn't matter. Individually they're there but sucks mentally. The question then becomes how to relieve pressure on Japanese teams.

To that i have 2 ideas :

1. One is that they need someone with incredible charisma, someone doesn't necessarily have to lead the team but can lighten the mood. They need one Zellsis in short.

2. They need to stop thinking that they are representing the country. Which is why ironically for how much disdain I thought of imports. I think one or two imports ( preferably IGL) can help them here. Also slap in one foreign coach for good measure.

3. Or get a performance coach, which is very obvious.
