Hiroronn must be sleeping in vorz's lecture 💀💀, but it kinda make sense knowing that caedye used to be their duelist

Hiroronn PTSD 💀

posted about a year ago

General rule of thumb is to look at their amount of posts and name
Few = japanese
Many = probably not japanese

This is not an absolute rule, but you can see the pattern or just feel it if you don't

posted about a year ago

Mix of both, you can tell by their English, don't ask me why I think so just feel it lol

posted about a year ago

Well I have 50 minutes before the lecture starts and the lecture's content are easy enough that I can juggle both

posted about a year ago

He's not wrong tho, iirc AIC or JJH were the favoured team

NICE RIDDLE, prepare for map 2 pls 🙏😭

posted about a year ago

Pls close the map and start next map , don't give me false hope 😭

posted about a year ago

They are definitely not weaker than naos 💀

posted about a year ago

Actually, the ones who are kinda guaranteed are Akame , Art and Jinboong, I think they are looking for 1 last player and L0B isn't the one apparently.
Thx C310

posted about a year ago

Now I'm self aware, thank you bro 💀💀💀

posted about a year ago

Riddle's odds are not that great bro.. we barely got a win against naos and it should have been a 2 0.

Btw how is kiss doing?

posted about a year ago

Bro took invic_deep's advice to heart , gotta respect the dedication

posted about a year ago

My heart can't take it man pls win riddle 😭😭😭

posted about a year ago

There's always the option to touch grass 😂

posted about a year ago

It's not that big of a deal tbh..

posted about a year ago

They're not the same?

posted about a year ago

If dos9 and sultan are gone, they should build a team around paradox tbh, compared to last year this year they seemed better so I think they'll improve

posted about a year ago

It doesn't take a McKinsey analyst to understand there's not really any consistent income any orgs can have, while equipments and studio cost are crazy and the players are paid like they're Google employee 😂.

So you're draining money with nothing to replace them.
And even if they do e.g merch. The cost of producing one will eventually outpace the revenue.

posted about a year ago

Nvm I remembered I can watch them while on the lecture 😂

posted about a year ago

Nah dawg imma need them in urgent times, fuck I really want to watch 😭

posted about a year ago

Fuck j just realized that I had univ tomorrow can't watch this match 😭

Crazy comparison, Brazil played CS since 1.6 or GO, Japan had 1.6(probably) but at GO the only ones that close to being relevant(they're not) was Absolute..
While Brazil had a huge amount of PC gamers for so long, PC gaming in Japan only started to be relevant when Apex came out.
Being a 4th world country or 1st doesn't matter when there's no interest yet...

posted about a year ago

Fun fact: DFM is one of the oldest(probably) established orgs in Japan, only younger to Scarz by 5 months (2012)
Might be wrong about being one of the oldest , but they have to be the oldest that remained relevant. It's just they're cloutless 😂😂

posted about a year ago

DFM already had a team well before they join franchising called Detonation Gaming White
GE already has a team before franchsing.
EG too
Giantx are combination of Vodafone Giant and Excel Esports
KOI played in EMEA before
etc

Maybe you should know what you're talking about before talking shit... As if every team in franchsing aren't there for the money and clout, what do you think they're there for? Goodwill?? Charity???😂😂

posted about a year ago

It took them like I forgot already, half season?
They'll struggle to get a good igl unless there's someone in the scene that I dont know of.

posted about a year ago

They'll repeat JDG's mistake lol

posted about a year ago

JFT's match against FS and how Riddle looked today, I think this won't be an easy match for Riddle. But I have faith

posted about a year ago

Props to skillz and especially paradox too. Usually you can tell who is good by looking at his performance when compared to imports, both did well follow them up.

posted about a year ago

Bro everyone including the coach on dsg looked like they lost the match alr, do they really think losing to Indian team is like a death sentence?

It's not over dammit lol

posted about a year ago

Just like yutapon and persia he definitely did not get the benefits of asian gene 💀

posted about a year ago

Idk but I think the difference is quite faint, but it's there 😂

posted about a year ago

You mean much less worse, this isn't better by any means

posted about a year ago

Me too bro, CR definitely has what it takes to be a good partner

posted about a year ago

I heard Patmen , Patrickwatson are good, Papichulo has shown that he deserves tier 1, I think y'all will do good.

posted about a year ago

Tbh Riot choosing DFM made sense since they've been existing the longest meaning they are the more established compared to all. Orgs like Sengoku and Riddle are still new compared to DFM so Riot probably had no faith in their stability(probably). The problem is DFM has no clout and they think this is LJL lol

posted about a year ago

Japan was called the worst region once, but Japan can improve and so does Vietnam and Philippines.

posted about a year ago

It sucks but it's not like Riddle losing means they're going to DFM anyways, since DFM are so deadset on getting korean players

posted about a year ago

Lol initially it came with being a weeb, and then an opportunity to be able to listen to Japanese, but ultimately I really followed the region when Neth's crying interview Reykjavik 2021.

posted about a year ago

I see, thank you for your inputs Johnta, hoping for your win in your next journey (I have no idea whether you will remain with Fennel or not but I think you will get that spot again) 🔥🔥

posted about a year ago

Fuck I feel like crying again lol

posted about a year ago

Fennel exists and Nobita , absol etc Zeta and DFM can pick them.

posted about a year ago

I was there too, it's not great, the region was being ridiculed left and right by everyone. " 2koreans>>> 5 Japanese " insult was very common at the time, I went through it all as well. But I never gave up on this region and so should everyone else especially VCJ fans

posted about a year ago

Nice comeback riddle, time to improve for tomorrow's match

posted about a year ago

It legit made me teared up lol

posted about a year ago

To those who said your region will never be better, y'all don't deserve this win. Have some fucking faith in your team. Have some shame

posted about a year ago

Ty Johnta for speaking out, you made Fennel great and for that I am extremely grateful. Can you tell us any upcoming Jp players to look out for?

posted about a year ago

ofc when Jp wins you have to say this, SPG played Neon too and no one complain

  1. PC gaming in Japan needs to be mainstream for quite some time, look at China and Korea, they have been playing PC games since the concept even exists, while in Japan at that time PC games are mainly Hentai games and Love simulator. This needs time, meaning the PC gaming needs to have a hold in Japan and not just become a fad ( only exists for 5 years then everyone back to console).

  2. Playerbase itself, currently Valorant is just a "spectator sports" in Japan, this is great meaning there's an incentive for the region to improve, since the demand is there, but the playerbase are lacking. Talent only comes from the playerbase, when your player base is small meaning there's less talent to pick up, academy team can help relieve this issue, but ultimately there needs to be a larger playerbase.

Essentialy PC gaming culture needs to take root. It will take time, it took Korea from Cs 1.6 to pubg or overwatch to be great (Idk how accurate when exactly their fps become good but it's not that they're) and China too. Expecting Japan to do good in 4 years timespan is crazy if imma be honest, which is why my whole point when I'm speaking about VCJ is about how to make the region better.
