I won't be surprised if Syouta goes to Zeta

posted about a year ago

Why do they release this roster?

posted about a year ago

I think this is genuinely huge part of the reason why japanese talents remain unknown or hidden compared to others.

posted about a year ago

If it wasn't for some ppl no one will realize that VCJ sp3 advanced phase has concluded 💀

posted about a year ago

Broo I thought hals got to dfm 😂, you got my hopes up for moment

posted about a year ago

What is that link ? Lol

posted about a year ago

They had the chance to pick hyunmin or DH , hell they had the chance to pick whoever in vcj that is korean

posted about a year ago

According to leaks and their most recent tweets , it should be. ( pls talk about this somewhere else)

Anthem is igl.

You mean for franchising? I dont think that's a good idea, orgs import because their region are not good enough YET. But that doesn't mean regions won't develop or catch up. The moment the region catch up , the import rule or the even the concept of imports themselves will drag the region's own development down sooner or later.

posted about a year ago

I have soft spots for dfm except when they're playing against zeta 😂😂

posted about a year ago

My tin foil hat alter ego says it's gonna be SG, because it make sense role wise SG lacked sentinels and duelist, so they can get hal ( sentinels) and KillAA as duelist

posted about a year ago

Bro me too, Xdll to DFM has to be guaranteed at this point.

I just think it's time for people to know vcj better 😂.

posted about a year ago

The problem is Meatpien ( the one who's out from striderz) was their igl and a controller. Unless whizz is changing roles which is kind of a waste, I find it kind of impossible for him to move to striderz.

posted about a year ago

I dont think removing yowamu is a great choice because he plays duelists very well for the team. Reject are probably going with this team.

https://tracker.gg/valorant/premier/standings?region=AP_JAPAN&division=21&page=1

Rn in vcj excluding those who haven't made it toain stage there's are 5 orgs that potentially will sign him. Northeption, SG, fennel and Striderz, reject ( assuming that the team in premier changes)

posted about a year ago

Tell korean orgs to pay better wages, ain't Japan's faults that korean orgs are poor 😂. I prefer jp orgs to develop their region's own talent too.

posted about a year ago

Lol that seems unfortunate.

He used to be part of father's back with kapi ( now on cgz) , if you ignore his occasional slip ups holy shit this guy basically was the team's lifeline.

Zeta
DFM
( both can be switched depending on who imports more)
The rest according to my feelings.

Because essentially it is a marketing move.

If we're talking about literal definition then it is no doubt.

But on average people's mind kamikaze refers to the plane thing.

posted about a year ago

Ah now that I think about it the definition really no longer applies to just ww2 anymore 😅

posted about a year ago

Usually it refers to Japanese suicide plane

posted about a year ago

Oh yeah, that's where my goat absol came from, it is kinda weird tho that their academy team lasted longer than the main team 😂

posted about a year ago

Yeah, at some point I thought maybe they wanted to produce academy players for cheap and sell them with a higher price, but tinder never announced moving to academy team.

posted about a year ago

It is a very convenient name template, I can glaze vcj whenever i want and no one will be mad or complain about it because I'm just living up to my name 😂😂.

posted about a year ago

You should refer to their website
https://zetadivision.com/team/valorant-academy.

Their exact roster moves are recorded on their history section

posted about a year ago

Which is why I edited on #6 that since I realized that they are the only ones who can possibly outbid korean orgs.
I want to see what northeption will do as well since their coach, tinder, never left the team.

posted about a year ago

Not all japanese orgs have the same buying power I think, aside from orgs like fennel and sengoku, other orgs are kinda unknown or small.

posted about a year ago

Where was it streamed? Also I think they'll develop eventually.

posted about a year ago

I think usually in vcj the incumbent player will announce his leave first then the new player will announce his stay, based on that pattern I don't see anyone who announced his leave and even if they do the roles don't match, so I don't think it will be in vcj.( tbh I think this pattern is in every region 😂)

I've just realized that sengoku and fennel are candidates.

But then killaa just announced that he just signed a contract so my guess is not that accurate tbh😅

posted about a year ago

Update:

DH has signed a contract . Thanks c310
killaa has signed a contract, finally I can see this guy in a team 😭.

posted about a year ago

Bro, japan is still better than majority.

There are people like C310 who knows more than I do like holy shit the players he observes are even more obscure than mine. But his choices are great nonetheless.

posted about a year ago

I'm truly flattered that you really think I am, but I'm not, maybe one day I'll become one 👍

posted about a year ago

I'm sure the 2 koreans in "standard" vcj teams also comm in korean when only 2 of them are left alive.

posted about a year ago

This and also why is everyone pretending that they beat Mxs or oxg? They beat TSM a team that no one thought will qualify and looking like they fluked their way in ascension playoff qualifier.

posted about a year ago

It's not Vietnamese but idk why if you search it on google it refers to ho chi minh 💀

posted about a year ago

I don't think they have any affiliation with tencent.

posted about a year ago

Tbf it's easier to organize this kind of thing in China and they have the means to do so whereas I don't know whether emea can do that.

Update: fqm0us is out from FAV Academy
Apparently FAV AC is looking for a new player.

posted about a year ago

Are the orgs in OCE really that broke?

posted about a year ago

weeb+ underrated region + their investments are not being met with praises which is unfair because other regions have been silent + the region has better depth than most people think

posted about a year ago

Fun fact :

  1. Zeta Division's academy team are currently on the 2nd iteration with 17 players combined(2023 + 2024). They are looking for 2025 iteration as of their announcement
  2. Zeta never backed down on academy teams the moment they initiated back in 2023
  3. DFM is going to start an academy team soon.
  4. Currently Japan as a region are guaranteed 7 academy teams by T2 (CGZ, NTH, FAV, SCARZ, IGZ) and T1 orgs (ZETA and DFM) making them the country with the most academy teams in valorant

I have no idea why all the facts revolve around academy teams, but I really can't hold my urges to say it everytime there's an opportunity 😂😂

  1. ( I think) the most aces in one map goes to NTH thiefy vs scarz

I was about to post a thread about why LAN isn't always a good thing lol

posted about a year ago

Is the problem being brought up on vlr ? Because I think this is what you have in mind, that might be me lol.

https://www.vlr.gg/401336/i-change-my-mind-about-franchising

It's not as if riot is actively discouraging investments by t2 orgs , it's just the nature of franchising automatically caps the amount of investments because orgs know that only 25 - 30 % will end up on franchising anyways whereas without franchising you will see the fruits of franchising better .

But I do think that overall investments by tier 2 orgs are great in the long run for T2 themselves, look at the japanese players on reject rosters , fennel , riddle and absol. Many of them at some point were on an academy teams.

Is asking wrong? I don't see anything he said that deserves scrutiny

It's probably because emea is the least watched t2 out there+ high cost ( it's europe) + scattered regions+ saving money + riot being stupid etc
