looking at niko rifling in cs I think he would be a top1 player in valo in no time

How is this possible that 30+ yo ex CS GO pros are now playing in top teams in Valo? Not trying to be mean but I am new to Valo and recently started playing it and I noticed there are many CS players owning the competition, does this mean that the game is easier than CS or there are just no new talents yet?
