I live in Natal/RN at the tip of Brazil (which actually only has one server which is São Paulo, yes, a country the size of Brazil only has 1 server which isn't even in the center of the country) and I get 80 ping. When I played cs:go and there was some deviation from the internet route, I think it hit servers in chicago and miami and it was practically 150 ping upwards, maybe someone who lives in the amazon could get at least 120, less than that is impossible
