It's almost as if people forget what pushed Pansy out of the CS scene, and it wasn't for lack of opportunity. The way that community treated her was disgusting and then they tried to turn around and claim they missed her when she got the esports award.
It seems VALORANT has come to that stage, even though she's one of the best at building hype and suspense around a game and making sure to hype up moments when needed without diluting it.
Not to defend the guy but he didn't really get 'dropped.' He got picked up originally to IGL, and he was informed and under the assumption that he would be fielding the roster, or at least giving recommendations, and then they picked up Babybay etc so he benched himself.
That's where my brain immediately went to with how reactionary people are in the Val scene. They're probably just going to be radio silent on the whole thing, try to contact his family behind the scenes and get him off stream/twitter, to whatever facility they can.
He's completely unhinged at this point. The weed is probably exacerbating the issues too (no matter how people try to undermine the affect it has on people who have mental health troubles.)
If you think he's still signed to SEN by choice, you're delusional. If they drop him now and make a statement the PR will be, "Oh so when someone's at their worst, you'll just throw them aside?!"
Rob Moore is probably counting the days until SicK's contract is up so this PR nightmare can go away and get the help he needs. God knows where his family are in all of this. Man shouldn't have any form of social media in front of him, let alone streaming.
Team Heretics getting fisted in LEC to getting stomped in VCT.
Was the change from NA to KR intentional or because for some reason ban is listed as KR so 3 Korean players made it change automatically?
Perceived notion, when Dgzin initiated the conflict and then acted like a 'thug' so he got called the "CJ of Valorant." To call that racist is... some kind of revisionist mentality.
Always the victims though, all good.
"Joked around for 15 seconds," he read it in chat, parroted it, tried to walk it back and then when freakazoid brought it up in chat again, he confirmed his same suspicion again. Then tried to walk it back again, realizing how stupid it was and then went on a tirade after chat called him out on it. "Clarified so a 5 year old child would understand" - Also called damage control.
I can't tell if this is copium or just the "Sentinels lower bracket run" fans talks about. I agree they used to thrive under pressure, but now? I don't think they're the same team at all.
This scenes most fragile 'personality' calling people soft. man lacks any kind of self-awareness. journalist btw.
