even if you want to manipulate the statistics in your favor u can do better

vlr seems to almost unanimously agree that boaster is holding fnatic down and that he should be dropped because his stats are so bad, but for some reason they want lakia to stay.

boaster rating in emea league: 0.935
lakia rating in pacific league: 1.01
champs boaster: 0.82
champs lakia: 0.70

and while everyone clobbered on boaster after his game vs heretics (9 kills), lakia was spared for some reason (9 kills)?

however, note that boaster is the igl for fnatic while lakia is allowed to focus most of his gameplay on shooting.
so which is it? is the boaster hate unjustified or is lakia, a liability as i've been saying?

im not a geng fan but yes i think anybody who wants to see geng become a better team would want a better player.

you're not wrong, zest was always criticized for not putting up numbers much like lakia.
even more similar is the fact that they were both known for their utility usage over anything else.
but the fact is that zest did have those games where he was carrying all of DRX on his back, while lakia's performance is always proportional to the team's performance.

i agree that i gave off the impression that utility usage doesn't matter, which is obviously nonsensical on my part.
i also don't actually think lakia is ass, it's not like he's the sole reason GENG were terrible in champs.
but i've been advocating for a change like this for a full season and i wanted to emphasize that it would've been a good decision after their terrible showing.

i genuinely think that GENG's run was a fluke, not because they shouldn't have won but because all the other teams were so weak.

Shanghai was a fluke run. GEN.G are a fluke team. It's been made pretty clear. Stop coping and accept reality.
But with minor roster changes on GEN.G and DRX they can be good and if T1 picks up strong T2 rookies then they can be good as well.
