Bro, its literally in their franchised contract that Riot had 100% control of the Esport scene because they literally payed them to be in the league, different with other franchised system where usually a team or org is the one who payed to the league organizer to be able to gain a slot/spot on the league, they can even control sponsor deals from any team that were inside of their esport ecosystem (like no betting site sponsor, gambling sites, etc..
Remember RRQ in the beginning of franchising where they got a big warning from riot? its because they were chosen as Indonesia representative in the pacific league but somehow their roster were all filipinos, so riot gave them warning that in worst case scenario they might cancel their contract and might kick RRQ from the league if they dont listen to the community to fix their roster.. Similar to BLEED where their contract was terminated this year and promote BOOM esport because BLEED failure to comply with critical reporting requirements and other key obligations outlined in the Team Participation Agreement (TPA). Meaning that Riot would and can drop a team if they deemed them unreliable or uncooperative, especially with the 2027 Valorant frachise restructuring in the near future, alot of team want to be on Riot good side hoping they were chosen to be in their partnership programs. That's why lots of team 100% would not try to criticize riot too much or not at all.

I just don't see the connection between SOOP and V2A/why SOOP would have any say in how Riot should run their operations.
