That off-season event Match was against Prime PRX but what does it matter it was just an off-season tournament

Eg doesn't exist anymore and Cloud9 lost to fucking Furia witch are also ass. We don't know 100t or I don't know 100t roster but there current roster lost to Sen in Lcq and aren't very good too begin with. KRU lost to us Evan when we didn't have an igl so I'm sure we can beat them now especially if we played like we did in Korea. We don't know about Loud/NRG Sense
we haven't seen them play but we except them to be decent. ( I don't think they will be as good as they were this year) and Mibr just suck. So with the information that we have Sen is currently the best team in there America's, although on paper the rumored NRG team might be better

So for now Sen in the #1 team until we see other wise

Sentinels were a "Teri 1 team" last year but obviously they weren't. We can say NRG is the Number one team in the Americans but we don't know, we haven't seen them play and demon1 and Ethan were number 1 on Eg when they had a Goated IGL and Coach.
