Ever since covid I spent a abnormal time with the bare minimum of human contact for about 2-3 years and during that time I taught myself how to speak to myself like another person so I could have at least a conversation with someone. Whenever I take a shower I now talk to myself as almost like a habit and I also do it whenever I'm bored, i can have full conversations with myself that can last to around an hour at most and whenever i tell people about they say I'm schizophrenic but I don't really think i am, what's your guy's thoughts?
