I had this same problem. Thought I could win more by playing clove as I could frag and my team would always have smokes so I only played her for I think 51 comp games straight. I was right-I did carry but we almost never won. Despite team mvping almost all of my games I deranked 3 times so I gave up said fuck it and have been instalocking Jett ever since and it works wonders. I frag out and play insane and can carry my team to wins
Of the times I played clove (51 matches straight) I went 26/51 or just above 50% winrate
Of the times I played jett since then (31 matches straight) I went 23/31 or around 75% winrate
Regardless of how good this season goes sign Jerwin Sacred right away. They are probably the best indian players itw and can speak english so you can mix up having indian support and building a good roster. For the rest of the roster keep who was good this year.

Valorant is a TEAM game, 1 player cant carry a team to the top, if they are good it is a team effort
We have no idea what happens inside a team. We can call certain players or coaches ass but they might have impact that we cant see

Just because the top 1 or 2 teams in the region are amazing does not mean the region itself is amazing, if the rest of the teams are mostly ass or mid the region as a whole is ass or mid, despite that 1 team (looking at 2025 Americas and 2023 EMEA)
That being said just because a region does not have top teams itw but all/almost all their teams are mid to great doesnt mean the region is ass, it means the region is good (Pacific 2025)
VCT teams dont make descions to replace someone because they are worse players, they make replacments on multiple factors which usally has chem as the highest factor (take Zellsis replacing Pancada on SEN 2024)
That being said PRX will never cut Jinggg because of the chem he has with the other players-if they do cut someone it will most definitley be Something because he has less chem with them
