I was reading some of Rocketbullets stratbooks, I wont call them a vct level stratbook but lowkey they were decent at least for premier games.
But imo they werent that hard to understand, in fact all of the strats are really easy to execute if you have english speaking players. Im silver and how am i finding serious valorant strats easy to understand?

Dont know why i think of this but m80 with their ascension roster (2023 or 2024) could do better than 2G in 2025 if they made it into vct

Viper for breeze and icebox (Teams started to play omen as a solo controller on lotus recently)
Brim for bind for sure

Astra for abyss and pearl
Cascade lasts longer
Wall traveling slower and easier to curve
When you walk in the cove u get slower
In the ult you are slowed (Not for ur teammates) and the stun wont stun ur teammates
Dont rly know tbh with these buff harbor still wont be in the meta cause its impossible for him to stall like an agent like astra or viper
Not happening anytime soon tbh imagine some team bans omen or sova and your whole gameplan is involved around these two extremely important characters

Jokes aside lets talk about sym
As a tier 2 duelist main i dont really find him having the potential as a star player but from EGs history he can prob become a systematic player who fits in their strats
Not good for him personally but this is his only chance (in the near future) to really play in tier one.
Also despite him being "cheap" to be added in the roster, there is prob a reason potter picked him from all the EG trial contenders (If there is any)
Potter couldve easily picked Icy (Who was on EG but didnt play for them) if Sym is really that bad
So trust in the kid. From all the sen city games ive seen him play in he is obv very gifted (Not as gifted as zekken or mada or oxy respectfully) but he has potential to be great. I think he is just trying to fit into EGs style and get used of a very different calling system i assume.
If EG REALLY want to try something different if EG is struggling with sym being main duelist. Yay can always play part time duelist (Not saying that i suggest this and if this is a good idea and it is acc a very risky decision).
(Also this is not EG bias Im not even an EG fan in general)
Respectfully Harbor is not in the meta rn. You could review vods from 2023 nrg vs loud on pearl or the recent chinese games/LEV games for abyss
Really if you want to rank up omen/astra/clove are prob better but if you want to improve ur harbor these are all the suggestions ik :)
Also going to a custom lobby and practice curving ur harbor walls are pretty helpful for me
