i think what you mean is called "language barrier". Communication issues mostly mean not being able to speak your thoughts clearly/not being on the same page with other players/etc.

2. If you move redgar off from IGL position he serves like no purpose on the team no? Wouldn't it be better to just get an IGL from VRL's instead of having to bother other players with extra responsibilities

i think its just redgar not really having chemistry with any other coaches than Engh and other team members not being on the same page with redgar. Things like letting someone else IGL or adding additional coaching staff member (AC/Analyst) might work without making any drastic roster changes but i'm not sure

i think they've registered dimasick as 6th cause he is still contracted and noone wants to buy him out and it's obligatory to have a sub (kinda like NRG registered staff member as 6th as a placeholder yaknow). That's just a speculation but im pretty sure he did not play any scrims with the team nor he is ready to fly to berlin next week or anytime soon. So this season is kinda doomed for them, top-7 regular season into LCQ agnle

check any of the prediction vids or community rankings on tiermaker or whatever else, people put them as 8 at best (never said i agree with that but i still think they arent making it to playoffs)

Anyone knows what monitors do VCT EMEA players have on stage? Those dont look like Zowie XL2566K 360hz from pacific or HyperX Armada 25 from LOCK//IN to me (but i might be completely wrong tho)
