The amount of rounds they have played is in direct relation with the fact that they made it so far, especially both making lower bracket runs

If a bronze player could do what yay does, does that mean that a bronze player is better than Loud? Holy based if so

posted about 2 years ago

doesn't change the fact that he is the undisputed best player in the world

we haven't seen how bad the jett nerf will affect her in pro-play but she might drop off, and it's still a better option to be able to play chamber as the best teams in the world (optic, mainly) mostly play their oper on chamber.

I think they can report on whatever they want tbf

posted about 2 years ago

ok fair enough, I just assumed mechanical ability was not part of the question because I didn't see boaster there being justified any other way

posted about 2 years ago

My best guess is that they're predicting Keyd to overtake them as things stand as the second best team in Brazil so they're trying to be proactive before it's too late, I just dont know if this fixes that. Let's see I guess

posted about 2 years ago

what makes you say nukkye over boaster asides from his mechanical superiority

alaba masterclass

Whats the point of this comparison when optic just won a masters and half the people on this site has a memory span of 2 months and cant do anything but attribute individual ability to a teams success when we’ve spent the whole year talking about how sentinels fell off not because they suddenly became bad but because they dont scrim enough and have no coach

posted about 2 years ago

that makes a cool fable. The story of a man who lost his mechanical skill because every rolex he added on his wrist made it harder and heavier for him to aim. IDK what the lesson is but probably something like "don't play smokes if you want to keep your job"

posted about 2 years ago

judging from rankeds are you trying to overtake trembolona?

posted about 2 years ago

so he didn't play val when he was a val pro but now that he is finally a cs pro again he starts playing val? wtf

posted about 2 years ago

of course a team that wins a masters is going to have outstanding player like yay and marved, and I agree his firepower is not... wait, BALLSAX28

Old renegades for sure

He will do good but I think OG won’t reach challengers anyways

Optic vs DRX or zeta vs nip

Gambit is by far the most flexible team rn. They basically did a massive role swap in 2022 and nobody even noticed, meaning it was a flawless transition

Holy shit an akrew fan, how much are they paying you

most mentally sane sentinels fan

then NA would just send OpTic and call that the super team since they already beat them lol.

I think KRU are taking it home. They proved their worth in Champs and this will be the tournament where they prove it wasn't a fluke!

you need to change your link like this: https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1518614732839735304

It’s called having a good coaching structure which allows you to learn from your mistakes and improve tactically, not mechanically

posted about 2 years ago

Xerxia should be masters champions smh

posted about 2 years ago

Except they didnt dominate the only one they went to. They lost on first round of playoffs in masters 3 and got grouped at champs. Anyways, Im not saying you cant judge sentinels about them not reaching this lan, Im saying we shouldnt judge their international performances based on a regional qualification. Its like if we were trying to say who is the best player in international tournaments, and then bring up their challenger matches to judge them

buon compleanno

posted about 2 years ago

I'd rather win a masters and not qualify to 1-2 LANs than qualify to every other one and my best result being a 3rd-4th.

posted about 2 years ago

I'd argue that against them but I feel like that goes against the question, that is "Team with best overall results internationally?" If were judging m3c's challengers performance which was online and regional then I feel like we'd have to analize their other challenger runs, masters 1, etc. and I feel like at that point we've derailed from talking about results internationally and more about which is the better team historically overall, and also get's a bit complicated because of emea's system and teams being different from NA's

posted about 2 years ago

people forget that optic had to qualify to the play offs in their last match. They literally could've been grouped if knights beat them and rise didn't choke

It's not a crazy thing to say tbf, I mean, it's still not the likeliest thing, but there are not a lot of slots and teams like v1, c9, guard can put up a decent fight against them

posted about 2 years ago

bro what is this
Masters 3 doesn't matter when we're talking about champs, teams can easily improve, look at the guard, fpx, fnatic, etc...

in groups, they beat Envy (this OpTic), but Envy had a player with covid

ok so what? whate we're they supposed to do then? 26-0 them? They did their job, you can pin the covid situation on them when it was a clean victory.

in Playoffs, they was like a 5th team in list to win holy tournament (Gambit, Liquid, Cloud9 and Fnatic >>>> Acend at that point)

what does this mean man, they literally shat on liquid, how can you say so confidentely they were better + expectation of a team =/= reality.
It doesn't matter what happened after because we're talking about champs, and even then there were unfortunate circumstances for them (kiles' family, starxo and zeek mental health issues)
they we're great in champs asides from a rocky start against keyd. If you only criticized gambit as much as you did acend (they dropped a map in every series on the way to the finals, having to win two overtimes, and we're showing a lower level since redbull homegrounds)

posted about 2 years ago

how was acend's run a fluke? they we're great in champs, regardless of how things worked out after that

nerdstreets are where it's at

v1 and xset to masters

posted about 2 years ago

yeah no shit lol of course if they fix their map pool they're gonna win. That's literally true for every team in the world however.

posted about 2 years ago

He's the most overrated for sure but not the literal worst.

posted about 2 years ago

ayrin is igl for xset on defense + rosters already locked + maybe in the off season if they want to restructure their calling system and make depphh full time igl again
