No flame towards Zekken, Mazino, Tex, or Verno as they're all great players, but realistically, it just makes the most sense for Mibr to go back to a mostly brazilian team. You can't advertise yourselves as "the brazilian story of FPS" and not have majority Brazilian players. Even if you lose with a Brazilian team you can say you're developing local talent, appease the fans, appease investors etc. I'll never understand the sellout to build a foreign superteam.

Take ZETA and DFM for example; both teams have stayed almost entirely Japanese while losing EVERYTHING, and still have more fans than most teams in VCT. They have their own issues, but they keep fans, keep sponsors, and both invested in the academy system. They could've made better coaching decisions or talent changes along the way of course but they at least stay loyal to their roots. Same can be said for Korean teams etc.

Maybe the 2027 system will make them more likely to go national.

yeah 100% he has time. Was thinking about someone like Trent, Miniboo, Kaajak, zekken for example though, who are all barely older/same age. Can agree on cryo also, but I don't think either of them would be retiring anytime soon, hopefully.

Maybe hot take, but Oxy will end up with a chip eventually, and it's a shame C9 hasn't found an ounce of regular-season success. He's one of those players I've always believed could slot into another team quite easily and find success. Not sure what it is with C9.

Ewok is one of the strongest coaches and also one of the most honest and thoughtful people I've met during my time in valorant. Never heard a bad thing about him from anyone else, and if he's given the time, I think he can turn any team around. What he did with RRQ prior to leaving was extremely impressive in itself, and I'm sure he'll do great things with Sen. Developing these up-and-coming talents seems to be a specialty of his.

Kaajak is a massive pickup for FNC imo, but regardless of how he performs, I think it's relatively healthy for the game to continually see more T2 players given chances within T1. Not only that, but some teams are utilizing the Academy system moving into next year which should help to lessen the gap between T1/T2. Your post is semi-troll ik, but what you're talking about is actually quite healthy. Nice to see we're not just looking to recycle the same players anymore.

Legitimate answer to this as one of your "number name" people. Often times you're more likely to remember the name if it's unique in its spelling. For example, with my name, the word from on its own is pretty boring and incredible common. Adding a 0 and capitol F makes the name stand out and easy to recognize.

Another reason is just that for many people like myself, our names were taken on the platform we were trying to use. I originally wanted to be "From", but seeing as the word is so common, the user was already taken in most places leading me to add a 0.
