The biggest problem with KJ is that she has range limit on her util ...

I think CS and Valorant are quite the same in this way. It's just a really quick TTK which League, Fortnite and so on don't have. However i'm sure that if you put the high rank against the low rank in a 1v1 the high rank still wins by a large margin.

I think the main problems are:

  • many agents have a stun (or similar) ability
  • many agents have damaging abilities that kill

There's also a lot of flashes but i mean you can turn them so it's not that big of a deal.

The main thing the stun (or similar to stun) and the damaging abilities have in common is that they clear corners way too easily. So a mechanically bad player can just wide swing and spray you down (with the stun), or you have to swing wide into him while he can hold you (damaging abilities).

Now in general it's nice in a game like this that people with lower mechanical skill do have a chance to get high ranks, which in counter strike is much harder because you don't have agents with abilities and a lot less util. Valorant shouldn't be counter strike that's for sure because otherwise we could just play cs, however tho, riot themselves still calls it a tactical SHOOTER, and recently it's just not that much of a shooter anymore because you just get spammed ...

That's just how i see it...

I think they did show some promise, they just didn't really show up when it mattered most and i think that's gonna change

I think it's way too early to try and predict a winner. It's also not easy to say who's dominating this year, it was a wild masters bangkok and to me it feels like we wont actually have an overall dominating team this year. G2 looked very good but the same goes for vitality at some point, EDG as well but then T1 gets them out and T1 themselves go crazy ... I think we won't have a single dominating team and it's gonna be such a great year to watch VCT. There's also teams like Talon, SEN, Heretics and many more that showed some promise, and might also improve during the season. Very excited for the regional leagues to get back on their way

Therefore it's not a problem, since they always qualify for the internationals anyway right?

The germans and the frenchies don't look too bad either

Chichoo is just the chinese GOAT

I think this helps the team a lot, and it's great that since leviatan has been comming in english for a while now, they can just select the players they want from anywhere in the world. In general i am mainly happy for Rossy as he did not have the easiest of roads lately and i hope he takes this opportunity and shows what he's made off.

What a banger first map and then utter demolition in the other two ... Well fckin played by the T1 guys, individual masterclass by each one of them

Doesn't change the fact that florescent simply is not as good as others in her role. She's definitely bottom half of duelists in VCT

I think EDG vs G2 will be a 2:1 for EDG with 2 Maps going to OT

For the other game 2:0 for the underdogs T1, gotta be an individual masterclass of all the players on T1 tho

Neither Riens nor Florescent are that good, and btw you have 4 players from the same region even though he asked for atleast 1 player of each region

I feel like T1 have really strong individual players and they have continuously improved over the course of Kickoff and now Masters. Buzz and Izu on the double duelist, stax and sylvan clutching like gods, meteor looking sharp as always ... I just really enjoy watching them and hope they pull through to finals

Nats, Buzz, KK, Trent, Mako run it down double duelist on every map

This statement is just pointless. I think any one of the four teams can win the tourney, i don't see why anyone couldn't. Both T1 and Vitality can play better than what they showed yesterday, while G2 and EDG can also have bad days. So i think it's to early to say who wins or who can't when all 4 teams are still in the tournament as of right now. It's VCT anything can happen, just remember when ACEND became champions out of nowhere

Chichoo amazing series, let's go T1 lower bracket run

It's not a ranked lobby tho is it. Not everyone needs to have a really great K/D. Some people keep the vibes up, make the other players better or make great calls. And even if not, when you have a guy like KangKang who often wins first blood and has plenty of multikill rounds, you don't need to be the one getting the frags, you're just there for clean up in the late round. S1mon is a good example of that as he had multiple important clutches at champs.

Now that's what i call a statement ...

Seriously tho in my experience i get a lot more male players who play bad or troll, so that is not a girl issue but a general one.

And i actually think male players are a much bigger pain in the ass since they have egos bigger than Elon Musk and don't use their brain ... I can't speak for everyone but i never had a girl THROW my games but instead a lot of dickhead guys ...

I mean jingg is more flashy and honestly i prefer watching him. But when it comes to being a duelist, taking those first battles and being selfless, i think Jawgemo takes the dub all day.
