No. CS is harder imo because AIM gap is REALLY BIG + is harder to be good because the META is CS is almost same every year, so to be a Pro Player you need to master every single fundament of this game really is very hard. Valorant meta changes every month so It's more easy to be good at new meta + train and Innovate.

CS: Harder + AIM Gap because people mastered everything already
Valorant: Easy to be good but harder to master + creativity that makes difference in game style.

I used 60hz all my life till last year I was hardstuck at plat and in 1 month after getting 144hz + motivation + grinding 8h+ I got radiant... huge difference to duelist how plays brainded whiling only at aim. Now I'm really wanting to get 240 or 360hz but I know there's not a big difference after 144hz

Any good AIM can play Jett, Sick can, Shah can, TenZ is getting jett slot here but difference between them is not a big gap so he's just taking a "better slot; ez slot" while all other players needing to play at uncomfy role. with sinatra flex everyone could play at their best role without any issue. Nowdays at high rank anyone can play Jett well tbh.
I think SEN only got sucess because during first LAN tournament (Jett buffed not nerfed) was TOO STRONG. So TenZ with Jett could make a big difference but nowdays he can't, being flex is way more better now but he can't flex.
