I don't think reaction time on human benchmark actually matters. I remember in overwatch reaction times in game for pros were like 30ms which no one can do on human benchmark because you are consciously trying to click when you see green which takes longer in your brain, but the more you play the game the more your brain makes stronger connections so you don't consciously think shoot when you see enemy, you will 'instinctively' shoot which is how they get to 30ms reaction times
