I feel in 2024 primary duelist players that are not flexible are a burden even if they frag out.

Becoz first of all there are so many

Second most of them have 0 flexibility and affect the entire team structure

Not talking about players like aspas , zekken , miniboo , texture , marteen etc whose teams r built around them

But players like Yay , sayaplayer , Derke etc

Like Cryo adapted , i feel these player couldn't adopt tp the shift of the meta

Then there are teams who donot have any primary duelist but are still terible like NAVI , NRG

Its a team effect and nothing else , he has always played in teams that depend on team effort and not individual prowess.

Its just that his team is looking trash he is looking washed. But he is a very good player

Buzz - primary duelist
Mako - info initiator
Flashback - flex
BeYn - smokes
Foxy9 - senti(1 more chance)

May be they can switch roles when raze , buzz is an excellent jett but his raze plays are questionable

But foxy played really well as a senti last split and his stats were good , may be its all the new igl calling

I remember foxy going 1 on 1 against meteor on bind showrs and it was a 50:50

How do you know yay's will be better , apoth might not have yay level fragging capability but he is very good as a sentinel player especially on the lurks

But he played really well today and saya is kinda inconsistent, either he will smack evryone out or get his ass wooped no in between

It was a bad comp they gave too many rounds on defence

Nah s0m smokes , ethan sova , victor kayo, fns kj or cypher and demon1 on jett or iso.better comp ig plus victor has experience playing as a flash initiator and i believe ethan is the only one that can adapt to learn info initiator, plus s0m is crazy good on smokes , i dont wish to change him , he can carry like karon on smokes

Na keep victor on duelist he was played well on both maps , we saw what happens when you put Demon1 on hyper aggressive duelist play scenarios, it doesn't cut , he can play jett / iso/gekko/chamber/brim and be rather a lurking entry kill and not neon/raze but who play sova ? Ethan can be main info initiator but his flashes as a kayo are very good setup for his duelist

Xccurate need to prevent the IGL curse , his calling against GENG was good but not individual performance

Is loud going to have a duelist problem in a long run , or are we trusting saadhak to win his duels and give entry , becoz he has superior mechanics when compared to other igls but a entry IGL doesn't make sense

Keep Retla also ig , just bring in a pure info initiator and a cracked duelist

No joke NA ascension is the most interesting to watch the T2 teams in NA are actually very good and have capability to complete internationally , especially oxygen esports

Ig saya should have continued on the gekko , with rossy on omen and xccurate on cypher , the comp would have been much better for sunset

What do we think about Rb? In the early days of valorant with vision strikers he was one of the best players in the world , he still plays really well , did DRX decision of dropping him was wrong ? Is flashback better than him ?

But i somehow feel like paper rex duelists are the issue , especially jingg . Correct me if i am wrong on this but his weak agent pool reduces the team ability to be versatile(you cannot win games on individual prowess). On the other hand monyet had the versatility and firepower, sure inconsistent but he could have improved given a chance

That's where he sucks , like cryo he should play like lurking flex duelist , he is not like aspas or oxy , who can entry kill no matter what . He is bad at raze and should allow vic to play the entry role . Victor should play more like jawgemo used to.

Earlier i felt like he played a lot on util and avoided fights , but his aim is actually really good and he is showing it now

What do you think is wrong about fnatic then , chronicle , leo and alfa r on fire , people still believe on boasters calling and derke a bit low but still playing acc to you , then what happened to fnatic , how they got so mid ? , it also happened after mini left

Never said anything about his numbers , fnatic as team set their duelist up really good , but derke has loosing fights, missing shots and not the elite aim guy he was

Why do you think Derke fell off? Like from being best player contender for two years to getting carried now , loosing 1v1s pretty frequently
