Well it depends on what you do. Creators and Players according to our contracts keep 100% of everything they earn rn. But like with staff, that more of a down the line thing atm. We all just do it for fun and to try and get paid eventually.

Hi! I am Cameron, an executive at a brand new startup and grassroots org known as Purpose Gaming. Our organization's goal is to help grow content creators and esports players who wish to take their first steps into the world of competitive gaming and content creation. Nah obvi we are a newer org so no straight up salaries. But our contracts do have clauses for sponsorships that we are currently working on, and yeah we plan to cross promote everyone within our network. Both players and content creators. :)

Hey all, I am reposting just because we did have some interest in the staff roles on the team and I want to keep it up so people can see it. The support in the last thread was awesome, so thanks to VLR and everyone who uses it for the bump :).

So yeah here we are again! We are still a small T3 org thats been up and running since around June, and we are still looking to see if anybody is interested in helping out. Here are the spots that we still need significant help with, very similar to last time.

• Secondary/Color Caster (Need to build a good relationship with our current caster)
  -Branding and Graphic Design (We are still finalizing the look of our brand and social media presence)
  -Video Editing (For tik tok, twitter, youtube, and instagram)
  -Social Media Managers (schedule and run posts for our social pages however you'd like!)
  -Discord Mods (We are constantly looking to add to the folks that help run our community)
  -Twitch Mods (We could always use help during our streams, clipping and highlighting the best plays)

And currently we are looking for more immortal+ players to join the roster in the future. We are looking for players that are committed and will actually stick to a schedule each week. So if that interests you feel free to reach out!

Hi! I’ll start off by saying thank you for the read, and if it's a waste of time I am sorry. We are a brand new amateur VALORANT Esports org known as The Evergreen Gryphons. Currently we have about 12 staff members including a social media manager, brand manager, artists, 3 person strong coaching staff, moderators, and casters. We run two teams right now, a main roster of 5 that hovers an immortal/ascendant rank average, and an academy team of 5 that hovers around diamond low ascendant elo. At the moment the last staff hole we have to fill is our academy team head coach. We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively, has solid coaching methods and instruction, and is willing to work in a team setting, experience preferred not required. 18+ years of age.
