I was not making a point about if t3xture would have been a better jett or not. Of course he is a better player. My point was after losing 3 games when they started playing well in the next 3 games against TLN, GENG, PRX with him on jett "you can't blame" the coaches for sticking with what was working for the last 3 games. When he started underperforming and GE lost the playoff battle they kicked him out for the next season, it's very cut and dry. Idk why you're being so hostile about it as if there were 20-25 matches in the season. It was only 9 games out of which he played 6 and underperformed in 2 (RRQ,TS).. They chose to have faith on him for the one LCQ game after the break because he again showed promise against DFM towards the end of the season but he disappointed and that was the last straw so they didn't keep him for the next season. The Org would have been at fault management wise if they still chose to keep Rossi for playing jett this season too which they didn't so I don't understand the criticism.
bro that's on Spin 😭 how's the org at blame for trusting it's coach. Also GE isn't the only team out there to bring in tier 2 talent, GENG literally got a guy from ranked.. nor is GE the only team whose roster underperformed 😭 How is that a valid point for them getting the boot.
Well again the roster moves are a Coach thing and the player personality a player one. And lots of orgs faltered at player recruits and have had bad seasons, well they didn't even have a bad roster the first time, it's just it didn't work out. TH, KC were horrible season 1 but managed to turn it around the next year so it's not that big of a deal ig.
GE lost their first 3 games that season with T3xture on jett. When Rossi came in and started on jett they won 2-0 against Talon and GENG and had a 2-1 loss to PRX where Rossi was promising. So you can't blame the coaches after that to put their faith on him as Jett. He did start choking by the end of the season but that's a different story. Point being Rushindra didn't put a gun to the head of GE coaches asking them to play SKrossi as jett. If they were really that prideful over their own players they wouldn't be hated today for not having enough indians in the team. You're entirely simplifying their first season down to one thing.
Responding to your recent edit : How are they nepotistic exactly? They kicked rossi after their first season and then put faith on Spin for the next season and he brought in Russ and Polvi. It would be nepotism if Polvi/Russ had previous ties with GE making Rushindra force Spin into bringing them into the team. It's not nepotism when a coach brings in a player he feels comfortable with.

I literally wrote the exact reasons why they are not incompetent management wise. Plus regarding player recruits they put their trust on their management(Coach) Spin. Other than that there's no other org in India that's close to being as good as GE when it comes to providing facilities to their players.. They were out there flying their players out to SEA just so they can have better ping competing in the APAC challengers before Franchising. The only ones bringing them down are their players.

I don't really get the hate for the org by it's own fans. Well yeah their CEO can act like a clown sometimes but if you really talk about the professional aspects. They let monyet and t3xture go without causing any fuss when they wanted to leave, they don't try to hold in players in contract jails. Have always treated their players well both in and out of val. Never heard any complaints about them messing up when it comes to paying their staff either. Hating and asking them to be removed just because they don't think a majority Indian player squad would be good enough to produce good results in Tier 1 val is some wildly braindead take.

the vision problem wasn't an excuse, he was complaining about it since Map 2 against T1.
he would watch other team's matches a lot and overthink antis during their matches against those teams based on that, leading to a contrasting gameplay from how they actually prepared in scrims.
