We got huge amount of talent, the infrastructure is what is usually missing

Before the internet only a selected few had an audience, now everyone has an audience and "followers".
People want to be accepted, loved and more than anything, crave attention. Being able to get almost instant gratifaction from social media (either with likes, follows, shares etc) makes people feel powerful and makes them feel better about themselves.
That's why we get the impression that everyone is going crazy, plus places like twitter are echo chambers were selected views are shared over and over again and give the false impression that the majority agrees with them.
It's mostly about the financial side, but the content creation is super important too but considering that TenZ won't leave you can easily cut shaz without losing clout
Yes, there's a bit of overlap there I agree but if well managed it can work very well and if there's a coah and an IGL that can make it work is chet and FNS

G2 should pull out completly from Valorant to be honest, it's a decision that makes no sense from RIOT

If you are just staying in Lisboa besides the beautiful buildings and the night life there's not much to do, you should go to Sintra and check out the "Palácio de Sintra"

I belive that after Champions RIOT will clear things out, but right now VRLs seem to be the way to go expanding them to every region allied with the creation of College circuits the scene should evolve nicely.
