I dont understand how you and most of the people dont understand that orgs dont = teams.
For example you might not see the full FPX, M3C or Guild roster together. But i can bet that the players will be picked my the teams franchised, not all of them, but most .

Dont worry, FPX players will continue to compete, either in different team or together in a different team. Its whats going to happend to Optic. So they are most likely in the same boat.

Prob 100T and TSM. But TSM drops their current roster and gets Optic's roster + G2 is out of any leagues.

Old 100T was good, but i cant explain the passion these new roaster shows to the game. I love a good comeback story and for them to get so good in such a short amount of time... is what any fan would love to see from their team.

Fnatic looking really strong, dont sleep on Guild or FunPlus Phoenix, really strong teams with the hunger to win.
Acend arent looking that good and Liquid might have some problems with recent coach drop out + player drop out + Soulcas might not be in the best mental state because of his father. Might get a surprise from them tho.
M3C just need an org ASAP.
