Pakistan is a third world country and so understandable the literacy rate would be lower right? We do have a larger portion of our workforce working in the primary sector and that is what makes up a large proportion of our exports, and just overall with socioeconomic issues within the country poverty is a massive issue which is why the rates are as they are so please try not to comment on a country if you aren't from there or you don't understand the politics or the population of the country I clearly meant the NA education moment as a joke!!! :)
