They started lockin with a completely different roster. Keznit didn't rejoin kru until the season almost began. Kru kept all games close, except one, close despite that.

The biggest thing that affected kru imo though, is how tough staying away from home was. You saw it affect every SA team outside of loud pretty bad.

C9 destroyed all SA teams except LOUD.

C9 is actually a contender to win it all. This is exactly what should be happening. As much as I like Kru, even if they won this and got an easy group, I don't think they can win Champs.

Teams that start with and lose 0-3 in Grand Finals have all become top tier teams, that eventually win titles. (FNATIC, Optic/NRG, and LOUD).
However, champions will not be that event. The second place curse takes no prisoners.
